(Please let your candidates know this)* *Job Description:* 1. General experience in planning and design of software project testing strategies, plans and scripts. 2. Experience in understanding software applications and writing independent test cases, based on technical requirements. 3. State of the art knowledge of manual and automated software testing methods for functionality, regression, load / stress, etc. and configuration management concepts. 4. Experience with implementation and use of automated test tools (ie Selenium) a plus. 5. Familiarity with SQL, programming languages, object oriented concepts, databasesystems, and testing business intelligence software and mobile applications a plus. 6. Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjusts priorities, and operates effectively with minimum supervision. 7. Very familiar with implementation and utilization of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile software development principles. 8. Minimum of three (3) plus years QA / test experience, including system and performance testing. Implementing web based automated testing solutions a plus. 9. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 10. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills. 11.
