*Job Title* Test Manager *Relevant Experience * *(in Yrs)* 8 to 12 Yrs *Technical/Functional Skills* Agile methodology, Test Management, ALM Reporting, Test Designing Techniques, Test Planning, Test Estimation, Stakeholder Management *Experience Required* · 5+ Yrs Exp in Test Planning / Test Management · 3+ Yrs EXP in Managing Big Test Programs · Min 3 Year of Experience in Agile / Scrum is Must · Web application testing experience is MUST · Min 2 years of Hands on experience of HP QC / ALM · ibrowse/Selenium experience is a plus; Odin Axe experience is a plus *Roles & Responsibilities* Ø Strong experience in end to end Software Testing Lifecycle Ø Strong understanding of *Database /Storage/ETL* */Automation* *Testing* concepts. Ø *Experience on backend testing on any relation database, specifically SQL Server (SQL - PL/SQL).* Ø Review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined Ø Analyze project requirements and develop Test Strategies and Plans Ø Coordinate the work efforts of supporting QA's on a project Ø Hands on experience with functional, User interface testing, end to end testing and regression testing. Ø Discuss requirements and scheduling with project teams to ensure the timely, accurate, and effective completion of project deliverables. Ø Good experience with Test Management tools - ALM or TFS. Ø Lead all the QA related calls e.g. Requirement Review Sessions, Test Scenario review meetings, Daily Touch Point calls, Defect Triage calls. Ø Maintain a leading edge understanding of QA as related to interactive technologies best practices Ø Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management. Ø Conduct test case reviews Ø Provide test case to requirements traceability Ø Plan and schedule all QA deliverables during project lifecycle Ø Conduct formal test case review sessions with project team and incorporate feedback Ø Knowledgeable in various SDLC methodologies including waterfall, *agile*, and iterative approaches Ø Perform early morning or late night validation when new releases are being deployed into production Ø Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills Ø Excellent team management skills. Ø Should be good at writing SQL scripts when needed.
