Seamless drill down into SP1 detail data from Alert and any other BPM monitoring screen. ¿ Design and set up of Dashboard. This Dashboard will show Alert monitor, trend, aging etc for above KPIs. ¿ Query by values (current queries are by number of docs only for open sales documents) ¿ Security Architecture ¿ design roles for developers and end users for viewing Alert monitor and Dashboard. ¿ Trouble current set up of SD KPIS.
