Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
• 5-10 yrs Experience in Data ware house testing primarily using Teradata ,
Informatica
• Able to lead and execute Data warehouse testing module independently

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Very good knowledge of Informatica and Teradata tool for ETL testing and
Micro strategy for Reports testing
• Hands on experience in deploying the packages and debugging it
2. Hands on experience in Unix

Desired years of experience : 5-10 years

Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
Conduct data validation and data quality testing independently
Strong SQL knowledge Strong analysis skills using the tools to find RCA’s.
Lead role

· Experience of 7-9 years profile

· Strong test management experience including test strategy, test
estimation, planning, monitoring , execution and reporting(for the stream
assigned)

· Expertise in stakeholder management

· Both manual and automation test experience needed

· Good communication skills – assertiveness, right escalation,
clear and concise communication

· Experience in interfacing with IT and business teams

· Experience in leasing/Asset Finance is  preferably in the
equipment finance with focus on origination.

· Experience in commercial leasing, dealer business and migration
is a plus.

· Experience is doing migration projects

· Should have prior client facing experience /worked in client
location

· Experience in testing Siebel or SFDC or Mainframe

· Experience working in an onsite offshore model
