Conference Announcement Theme: Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding Type: Final GPP Conference 2022 Institution: Geography of Philosophy Project (GPP) University of Pittsburgh Location: Pittsburgh, PA (USA) – Online Date: 13.–15.10.2022 __________________________________________________ The Geography of Philosophy Project (GPP) is celebrating the conclusion of its investigation into the themes of Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding with a final conference on October 13-15, 2022. The GPP researchers have been studying the diversity of people’s conceptions of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding around the world and aimed at promoting cross-cultural research in cognitive science. Since the project began in 2018, the talented research teams have collected data from multiple sites and populations across Canada, China, Eastern Europe, Ecuador, Germany, India, Japan, Morocco, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, and the United States. The Final Conference will include presentations and discussions of early findings.
