Bert,
At 42 I purchased a Trek mountain bike. Weight was 270 lbs. Rode 6 days a
week and average 10 miles a ride. In two years got down to 235 lbs, but still
had the bulge. A bike speedometer is nice, tells you distance, average time
and other cools things.
I plan riding the bike
WKTR noted on at 0500 1/4 with the ESPN overnight show. ID at 0600. I
guess they are either on accidently or they have a new authorization
to operate at night. AM Query at FCC has them still as a daytimer.

My local. It's in the last BI column but I didn't notice the programming
change until tonight- haven't been checking either. Was progressive talk,
the truth, now back to classic country the legend. Was cricket
country before all this. I call it the clear channel shuffle.

some audio on 774kHz, after a number of days (weeks?) of not much

carriers on the other big guns.
Noticed this morning at 0200 PST...Coast to Coast AM on 1460, which I had never
heard before. TOH ID for KION/Salinas - Stimulating Talk Radio. Must have
happened in the past couple days, as KABL's nostalgia was heard on New Years

What was their call back in the 70s'/80's?? KION already sounds familiar,
but not quite sure why? Maybe a previous call. (hi)

It would be nice for someone to recapture the KABL call letters and
bring them back to the SF Bay Area. If I owned the forthcoming 50kw
