I've gotten a two of them so far, they were both fairly close though, most
of the CW is slow, one guy was so qwuick (repeater) it took me two hours to
decipher it. I sent in reports on their web page,

I have a few reports to Mexican medium wave stations that have gone
unanswered for quite some time. In most cases I've even sent my reports via
registered mail with a return receipt and never received the confirmation
card back. This, along with the fact that J.D. Stephens got a QSL from a
station

At 1420UT, both 774 and 828 were showing poor to fair audio, with
traces on 747. 1134 and 972 have quite good carriers, but no audio
yet. Top of the band not so lively; just a carrier on 1566.
Way to go Dave! Hopefully we will hear more of them in the future.

An excellent morning for Pacific reception. The lower half of MW was filled

But the highlight was getting a good loud 9/10 fadeup on 1116 4BC at 1515

I have had the same problem through the years. Here in the NW, I don't
get many XEs these days, but the ones I do hear, few ever reply. When I
was in Rancho Mirage CA in 2000, I did send a few reports out to XEs and
not one replied. I will admit they were not registered. I tried for
years to QSL

MW DX fans,
Tonight (1/7/07 at 1900 EST), on 780 I heard an unIDer that called itself
Country Kick.
The NRC AM DX Log gives no obvious clues, and neither do the latest SDXMs.
Does anyone know who this station is?

IDing a station could be done by listening for clues
like time, traffic, and temperature for a far off place.
One or the other or a combination should tell you
where it's coming from.
