[IRCA] KGOW-1560 heard in Toronto

Thanks to e-mail tips, heard KGOW overpowering New York's waste of a good frequency (anyone remember when they were classical WQXR? I sure do!) with Sporting News Radio sports talk, ToH ID: "you're listening to the locally owned and operated sports radio station in Houston, KGOW 1560 AM Bellaire

Hi Guys: Thanks to a tip from Willis Monk on the IRCA/NRC Reflectors...I have just logged a New Station for the ULR LOGit is also NEW for the OVERALL LOG!! They are obviously on 50 KW DAY POWER as they are way over Radio Disney from New York...which is pretty much always the dominant Station

The only remaining drive in theatre in the Denver metro region is the 88th Avenue Drive-In in Commerce City. I recall that they use to distribute the movie audio on an AM channel and I also remember seeing the whip antenna above the projection room. But a check of their web site (88drivein.com)
