[IRCA] PL-606 Tuning question

Is there any way of locking the PL 606's thumbwheel tuning into the fast tuning mode? ie - 10 KHz per change vice 1 KHz per? If not, I could add all Domestic frequencies to the memory (530-1700) and scroll through them in VF mode. Never thought that I'd miss a direct entry keypad Thanks

My mailed reception report to WCSZ 1070 (for Engineering Tests 3/19 3/20) at POB 14144 Greenville, SC came back with an RTS, not a valid address.  Phone number in NRC log is also no good. Does anyone have a known good address for either WCSZ or Al Hanjy? Any help would be appreciated. Tom
