I’ve just returned from a brief visit to my 2nd home and cottage of
the north-west coast of British Columbia, and due south of Ketchikan, AK,
the nearest larger center. Results are always interesting, no matter what
the time of the year. On
Has anone been able to pick it up in the USA?
Does it sound like the old TWR we heard in the 70's and 80's?

A very mixed bag today with everything apparently from New Zealand to
China being heard, if only briefly. Conditions were erratic, and
stations heard were in the lower part of the band. No sunrise enhancement.

Thanks, Craig. After your FSL ran wild with TP-DX in Princeville, Kauai last
April it is already becoming quite prolific. The potent signal strength of your
20 or 30 carriers into Masset and a good half dozen audios last night. Of
course 1215 was loudest, but never really strong. Last night was the only
good TA night since my arrival on Thursday. Asia Sunday morning was
superb. Other mornings were average. Minimal DU although pleased to hear

The last several evenings I have noted hets, none of which have produced audio,
on 162, 171, 198, 252, 1053 and an occasional robust het on 1215.
Really looking forward to a couple of days in Kalaloch next month! I will be
happily equipped with a DeBock FSL! Yea!
