Accent? What accent? ;) That could be my neighbor talking. North Central US.. Sounds like an emergency medical dispatch, probably from a US military base. I'll give it another listen after more coffee and try to transcribe it. I dated a Lady from Scotland years back. SHE had an accent ;)
