Walt's place a few years and Walt continues to hear them when he uses
our DX cabin for unapproved personal visits.
How true, as I used to hear AFN 810 in the 80s. It has been sometime
though.

Hello All,
After the one-day appearance of the presumed AFN-Japan station (1 kw)
mixing with VOA-Thailand here on Monday, there hasn't been even a trace of it
since. Conditions the last two days have dropped off for TP-DXing, as noted
by Dennis, Bill and others.

It was fun to chase this low-powered station, even if there was no actual
ID.
But if you can receive 810-AFN around San Francisco, everybody (including
me) will completely forget about this presumed reception of 1575-AFN :-)
