At first it sounded like very relaxed standard Chinese based on my
"initial" absorption or cognition of what similarities exist between
Vietnamese and Mandarin (there are some...)
like the "ugh" and "Chu" sounds and "ang" sounds - BUT there were some
tones more typical of Vietnamese in there -
A slight improvement this morning, with a couple of Chinese, and a mystery on
1098, with a fair lift just after local sunrise.
