Listened from 1402-1430 UT and conditions was a little better than the last few days. Most of the action was on the bottom part of the band with only a weak carrier on 1566 and all audio was on the bottom part of the band. 567 very weak audio at 1410 UT. 594 JOAK hrd at 1404 UT. 693 JOAB hrd at 1405 UT. 747 JOIB hrd at 1406 UT. 774 JOUB hrd at 1407 UT.
