listened from 1315-1405 UT and at first only weak carriers on 1566 and 1575 but at 1340 UT it was like if someone turned on a switch with audio on 1566 and 1575 and carriers up and down the band. The carriers were: 594, 648, 657, 666, 693, 774, 972, 1377, 1503, 1557, 1566, 1575, 1584 and 1593. 1566 HLAZ hrd at 1341-1345 with talk and music. 1575 VOA hrd at 1345 with talk.
