I had 171 Morocco at decent level around 0200utc and 153 Algeria, 161
France, 198 UK at much weaker levels but the S9 static makes it hard to get
much, unlike a couple days ago when there was little static with better
conditions.

The 963 could well be CRI in Russian via Pori.
I had a Russian YL for about 7 minutes around 03:50.
