Conditions remained somewhat subdued this strictly Asian morning. Brief, 
threshold audio was received from presumed JOUB, 774 with what sounded like a 
female speaking at 1310 UTC.

Hets were received on 594, 693, 702, 747, 828, 972 and a very faint het on 1566.

The SW loop did not produce any DU hets this morning. All reported carriers 
were off of the NW corner fed loop.

I also miss Craig Healy's timely atmospheric reports.
