I saw the sad news on qrz.com which I followed up with a phone call to our
common friend, that Chris Johnson K2FO (ex K4NHL ex WB2RJL) of Taylors SC
passed away in the morning of Sunday, September 20, 2009 of a heart attack.
My favorite memory of Chris was our hour long phone calls talking
I exchanged emails with Chris quite a few times when working at WABV in
Abbweville SC and even met him once and went to a Ham show with him. He ill
be missed:(
By the way Joe, i think it's K4HNL as one of his old call signs, not K4NHL..

Hi Paul, I have access to old call sign information, and it was K4NHL. He
acquired his new call sign in July 2007, and he talked me into getting one for
myself.
