All times and dates strictly UT [4 hours ahead of `ELT` during EDT; when
changing times one must also change the dates for events in the 00-04 UT period
to the previous date by ELT].
Rx: mostly DX-398 with internal antenna only or PL-880; NRD-545 with ALA-330S
inside E-W or inside randomwire N-S; Nissan stock caradio as specified; IC-R75
with E-W longwire.
These logs are excerpts from my daily all-band reports, mainly SWBC, also
VHF/UHF, sometimes, utility, ham, which may be found in several archives
without much delay, such as
http://www.hard-core-dx.com/index.php?topic=Hauser
And compiled weekly along with extensive news from many other individuals and
publications in DX LISTENING DIGEST:

All my MW DX reports starting August 2011 are archived in this forum with open
access:

These logs are in four sections, Canada [if any], Oklahoma [if any], rest of
USA [if any], unidentified [if any], separated by ======= Within each, they are
in frequency order
** OKLAHOMA [and non]. 1640, April 8 circa 0250 UT circa Hennessey-Bison OK,
dead air from KZLS just a few miles from transmitter site but apparently in
side null, as turning up the volume I have no problem hearing stupid sports
talk, no doubt WTNI Biloxi MS, with the usual rippling SAH between them (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
===============
** U S A. 1130, April 9 at 1808 UT check, KLEY Wellington KS is now completely
off the air, not off the air for a few seconds at a time. But at 1858 recheck,
now it`s on continuously, 1859 UT ID plugging their FM 100.3 which is a
translator (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 1130, April 13 at 2119 UT check, KLEY Wellington KS back to normal
for now, presumably the station with unbroken carrier talking instead of
musicking on right bearing vs heavy storm noise (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)
** U S A. 1140, April 1 at 0132 UT, Newsradio 1140 WRVA ID, and ``now on 96.1
FM``. How now? I enter 96.1 and Richmond in the WTFDA FM Database search
fields, to find only one, 50 kW WQLK in Richmond, Indiana. But then searching
VA instead of Richmond, I find the itty-bitty they are really hyping, a
145-watt translator, W241AP, in Midlothian, a southwest-side suburb (Glenn
Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
