Listening at 1216-1311 UTC, I found TP signals were improved here this morning. 
 Carrier signals were noted on 558, 648, 693, 702, 738, 828, 891, 972, 1134 and 
1242.  The hets on 828 and 972 were very strong at sunrise (1257 UTC).  JOIB 
747 and JOUB 774 were heard with "Basic English" lessons, sometimes at fair 
strength.
