I heard both of their DX tests here in Southern CA on GE Superadio 2. I
believe that is my only South Carolina. Sad to hear about both the passing of
the owner as well as the loss of this legendary station. MS

Daytimer WAGL-1560 Lancaster, South Carolina, once a continent-spanning best
bet for the Palmetto State, is no more. Longtime owner B. Len Phillips Jr.
died in September at 77, and the license has recently been turned in and the
station deleted.
