I wonder why the CRTC would approve the applications for new French operations
on a couple of freqs but not for English language stations on those freqs. What
difference does language make? The apps for English operations were denied.Bill

The CRTC decision has to do with content and viability of each applicant
and the frequencies they are lusting for, not a matter of language here.
