I don't know if there is a definitive answer to your question on
transmitter site. Every logging that I have seen of this one says either
unknown
location or multiple sites. Bruce Conti's excellent Cuba page

This is a new log for me and it's clearly // 5025 with Cuban national anthem
at midnight ET. Also, it sounds like there's a network echo in there, so
there might be two outlets on channel. Either that or it's a multipath echo.
I can't find any info on this (these?) outlet(s). Does anyone know
