I will say this, Neil got it right. Class, the rest of you get an "F". I f you do not understand, read what Gary quoted about the FCC rules. I have been in broadcasting for 44 years, almost 45, and IF my station had that problem and was not corrected IMMEDIATELY when someone knew about it, they would NOT have a job.
Gary is Paul's friend and it was his moral responsibility to call Gary to report this. Those of you who do not understand this lose a LOT if not ALL respect from me. And I DON'T wonder why some stations won't do DX tests....... I could say more but then I would REALLY get pissed off ! ! !
