WTTN 1580, formerly licensed to Watertown WI, moved to Columbus WI in 2009 to become a rimshot station in the Madison market. Licensed as a 5kw directional station daytime, it drops to 4 watts ND nights, and cannot normally be heard here. Tonight at 2200 CST WTTN is blasting into Madison, obviously not on its night facilities, probably at its full 5kw daytime power. Format is SS:SPT, "ESPN Deportes."
