http://realmonitor.com/am_logs_we6.php A 160’ DKAZ was used pointing at 135 deg. -- further south than I had planned thus I missed most of the fine TA loggings my friends at LBI enjoyed the same weekend. I also was reminded that the DKAZ is a wonderful ‘deer trap.’ On two consecutive mornings I woke to find one of my masts BROKE due to a deer incursion. Conditions were far from auroral so I was mostly limited to the usual collection of stations from PR, DR, Cuba and Colombia. A couple of decent catches did struggle through the mundane to reach my antenna though.
