Here also, in Victoria, conditions looked much better before about
1400UT, though it was primarily strong signals on the big guns,
rather than Chinese.
There seem to be a at least a couple of modes of propagation from
East Asia, an overnight gradual increase, then drop off in signal
1550 splatter is usually murder on 1548 at this location, even when
nulled with the Flag.
