I had not noticed KRVM, but there is a good possibility they are on day
power too Shouldn't everybody? Since there is no FCC to speak of,
stations can get away with about anything they want to.

There is an FCC. However, if they acted on every single DX'ers report of I
think this station is running over powered that's all they'd ever be
investigating.
As much as I don't like stations running overpower, they have other pressing
matters to attend to. And unless you have field measurements

I e mailed an FCC official about a station once and the FCC official
being in Portland did not really investagate the station as it was in
another state where there are no FCC officials. I don't blame the FCC as
they do not have the resources or manpower to ride herd on broadcasters
today.
