Bruce,
Thanks for reminding me, Bill Nittler did come to Seaside in 2010. I had
not seen him in years until I think Albuquerque in 2009. I don't
remember if he was in SLC in 2008. He was really a nice guy and
supported DXWW-West often. Also a very good QSLer through the years.

The program agenda for the combined 2013 DX Convention is taking shape.
This year’s event is called “Learning and Sharing 2013” and we have a lot of

I hope sufficient security will be in place to handle any possible dust-ups
between club members with long memories. I'd hate to hear that an NRC member
wrapped his walker around an IRCAer, or that an NRCer was the recipient of a
cane-bonking from someone in IRCA. Probably a good idea to
Sorry guys. Only guessing.

No probs,..perhaps this is a pirate? But I recall it's been around a while and
with its own websites so if a pirate I'd think it would've been busted if on
all the time. 73 KAZ

The Buzz-1650 is heard in all parts of Prescott Valley with good signals but is
not heard in Prescott. Arizona has had several of these low power stations one
of them is KBXZ-1650 in Flagstaff which has been in trouble with the FCC. We
went by KBXZ in 2008 during IRCA convention. Also their
I remember KBXZ 1650 during the Flagstaff convention. I believe they were
broadcasting ESPN programming or something similar. I think we got a few photos
of their antenna and studios from the outside. 'Would sure be nice to have
another convention in that town again someday. Mike Sanburn

I wholeheartedly agree, Fred. Still, after 50 years, I would hope that people
would finally let by-gones be by-gones (old cliche, I know) and co-exist
peacefully with members of other clubs.
By the way -- if anyone out there wants to do a roadtrip through northern and
east-central
