I listened from 1330-1420 UT and it was better than it was yesterday. I got
audio on 774 and 1566 around 1410 UT. Also many more carriers were heard today
than yesterday. The carriers were 594, 648, 657, 666, 693, 738, 747, 774, 828,
1377, 1422, 1503, 1512, 1557, 1566 and 1593.

I e mailed an FCC official about a station once and the FCC official
being in Portland did not really investagate the station as it was in
another state where there are no FCC officials. I don't blame the FCC as
they do not have the resources or manpower to ride herd on broadcasters
today.

Hi everyone! Spent a wonderful sunny and mild afternoon repairing antennae
that had been downed by our winter storms. Listening right now to fair audio
of presumed Virgin Radio with usual format on 1215 at 01:43 UTC, best heard on
my Perseus SDR in AM. Very easy to see on the spectrum
Thanks Walt. Just a very weak carrier here on 1215. Just being 150
miles to the NNE, makes a big difference on TAs.
Unfortunately I have a lot of blockage to the NE with the hills to the
Coast Range as you might remember.

This is probably true. However, there are other columns which report
call letter change grants. This list is primarily for what's being
heard. In this case, they are new calls for me, and seemingly for
everyone else, since I haven't seen anyone else report having heard
