Hi Everyone,
Yes, I am still here, but I still have my noise level. I don't really know what
it is coming from, but when the power in the neighborhood goes off, it is gone.
I am thinking of trying another EWE, but this one will run E/W, with
the lode to the West, pretty much aimed at Taiwan
A definite fall back this morning, with no post sunrise enhancement.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

I've already heard some weak carriers, 1215, 1089
&... 2340UT. Like you say, who knows how this will turn out

The only audio so far is traces of a woman talking on 1413, but plenty
of carriers on the other regulars. The Iranian jammer on 1575 is
showing up very clearly on the Perseus today.
Your guess is as good as mine as to whether things will develop from
here, or fizzle.

As noted, a big step down from yesterday. No audio, no hets, no TPs or DUs this
morning. Listened from 1310 to 1340. It was like a complete ionospheric blanket
over CO. Tomorrow's another day.

A bit of a step back here this morning, as I lost the Chinese and
Koreans completely, and the Japanese lost a few dB from yesterday. Just
the most regular stations made audio today:
594 JOAK Tokyo, JAPAN Woman in Japanese at 1421.
693 JOAB Tokyo, JAPAN Man and woman in Japanese at
And, that, Mark is exactly what you heard. You had WMT, which was carrying
University of Iowa football at the time. Announcer Gary Dolphin was giving a
"shout-out" to some of the stations on Learfield's Hawkeye Network, one of
which was KIAQ (others that he mentioned were WDBQ 107.5 in
‘about 60 deg and 900 ft. Leaving a DKAZ behind would be too visible and not
maintainable.

I’m waiting for a flight home in Bangor but left the KiwiSDR behind at Quoddy
House.
Just a couple of carriers seen on it - 1089, 1287 and 972 - from my hotel room.
No audio.
Not sure if conditions that bad or the antenna I left behind.

Greetings,
Does anyone know if KIAQ is broadcasting on 600 AM?
I was going through a recording from yesterday (17-Nov), because
afternoon conditions were good to the south and west, and at the 2000 (3
pm local time) TOH recording, I had several IDs. The first, just before
TOH, was WBOB
