Earlier this evening Scott Fybush shared the news that WBAL would be doing some transmitter work this morning, and might be off at times. At 0010 EST talk show about Maryland politics. At 0030 EST I note what I think is WBAL talk completely drowned out by what sounds like an airplane engine.
