[IRCA] KYW appears off
KYW appears to be either very weak or off right now. 8:30 11/30. I can't hear them here in Maryland right now. I hear them now. On #mwdx other DXers who were closer to KYW were hearing them. Maybe it was just weak for a few minutes here...
