I had the luxury this morning of being able to make realtime comparisons
against several online SDRs via the Kiwi SDR network. 585 from my end was
just too weak to make any kind of viable comparison against. Hearing

Yep, it is this time again! If 585 was Tasmania it should be // 576 2RN as
both are RN net. That was how I was sure of Hobart on 585 last season. I
thought I might have also had 2WEB 585 as the two carriers traded places,
but I just can't say with 100% certainty that I had any music. 2WEB format.
Conditions have been picking up here for early morning DU reception. Weak
carriers have been turning into weak audio on some frequencies. Other
Midwesterners should take note! 576 was a new one for the log book this
morning.
