Reception of TP signals continued to be in a slump here this morning.
594 unID (JOAK?) faint trace of a signal heard at 1304-1307 (LSR).
774 JOUB barely audible fading in and out between 1154 and 1214. Barely
audible briefly at 1255.
Receiver: Skywave with 7-inch FSL.
Carriers on the west coast, maybe even some audio
from time to time...but not stellar by any means.

The Spanish religious station that I heard last night (and hearing again
right now at 0229 UTC as I type this) is someone other than Radio Reten Lo
Que Tienes as the audio I hear doesn't match their stream. The other two
1710 Spanish stations that I ruled out (that also stream) are:

Keep in mind that the last audio of this station that you posted clarified that
it was located in Central time as they mentioned it was 9pm, whereas the time
you recorded it was 10pm here in Eastern. At that time, their forecast was
about 20+ degrees colder than that of North Carolina.

Unsure how Central time was clarified in the clip that I posted. Another
listener commented on my recording and claimed to have heard a time check
matching up to EST. I replayed the recording and now hear the time check
but the hour isn't clear to my ears but the "o-clock" is.
Anyone hearing anything?

Yes, I remember how 1575 -Farda was one of the very few common TA's which was
capable of showing up in our sunrise sessions (although I only received it as a
TA, here).
702-BBC certainly seems to have the same qualifications-- awesome power and a
nearby location. After receiving it at near S9
I believe that the Spanish religious station on 1710 is another pirate, Radio
Reten Lo Que Tienes in Baton Rogue, LA. While they claim to be a Part 15
station, no one operating on 100 mw gets out that well. They’re heard
frequently in Alabama.
They even have their own website, and seem
Subject SEEMS to be on day power with Thursday night football, just in case
anyone needs them.

The Iranian buzz jammer on 1575 has been killing Farda here recently.
Fade-in before 4 p.m. EST / 2100 UTC today.
702 is usually Algeria here. Iran likely #2. Oman's pattern isn't throwing
much power this way though some East Coast DXpeditions have logged it.

Mark, India is always a special treat when heard on the west coast. In
Masset, it usually is associated with auroral conditions (as is 693
Bangladesh). The path as I see it is not trans-polar, though. It's more
NNW from Masset, up towards Alaska/Aleutians, down the east coast of
Siberia, across
I've been out all evening, but the peak signal recorder on the
Fishbarrel didn't seem that high, so don't think anything astonishing
was being heard.
There was a time when just hearing TA carriers was astonishing.
