Tim, Keep in mind that the last audio of this station that you posted clarified that it was located in Central time as they mentioned it was 9pm, whereas the time you recorded it was 10pm here in Eastern. At that time, their forecast was about 20+ degrees colder than that of North Carolina.

Hey Chris, Unsure how Central time was clarified in the clip that I posted. Another listener commented on my recording and claimed to have heard a time check matching up to EST. I replayed the recording and now hear the time check but the hour isn't clear to my ears but the "o-clock" is.
