Apparently motivated by "Cliffhanger DXing" at the Rockwork 4 ocean cliff DXing
this July, our Japanese DXpedition partners Hiroo Nakagawa and Satoshi Miyauchi
are currently conducting a Japanese version of wild ocean cliff MW-DXing at
Cape Taitosaki in Chiba prefecture (on Japan's east coast). Of course their
primary targets aren't likely to be the North American big guns, but exotic
Central, South American and Pacific MW-DX.

Our Japanese DXpedition partners seem to be fascinated by Nick's excellent
comparison of the relative DU-DXing results at the sea-level beach of Nehalem
Bay Vs. those of the nearby Rockwork 4 ocean cliff on July 11th (a study which
doesn't seem to have been published yet among the general MW-DXing community).
The Japanese have been so impressed by these superior ocean cliff results that
they have asked Nick for permission to share the article in their club
bulletins, and possibly translate it into Japanese.
