Germany, 198 England, 252 Algeria all weak or better along with sync det
on all at 0151 utc. 1089 with occasional bits of audio. Other MW hets
531, 909, 963, 1044, 1053, 1116, 1215 (very strong local on 1210), 1422,
1575.
