in Victoria revealed another Asian morning, but not as vigorous as
yesterday. Details this evening.
Re HLAZ.it changes to the Japanese pattern / program at 1230UT,
then back to to Chinese at 1345UT. You might hear it suddenly fade
up at 1230UT as a result
