oh .. i was just about to say that if nothing else works then use gmail
filters to redirect it to the trash :D .. but i just noticed your email
address is of the form *mycalypso.com .. I dont know if they have such cool
filters. Always use gmail <3

I think his point was that even though receiving the Codeplex summary may be in
a usable (or ignorable) format when following this distribution normally, if
you follow this mailing list by receiving a daily digest instead of
traditionally receiving one email per post, it severely impacts the usa
