I strongly recommend uninstalling and re-installing IronRuby to C:\ironruby.
It will make your life much easier.

I haven't tried that, but I was able to get gem -S install rspec to work.
It's been awhile, but if you check through the mailing list history, you
should find instructions on getting it set up correctly. Try the gem -S
thing first.
