 REWARD FOR ONE WHO CONTROLS HIS ANGER
NARRATED Muadh Ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him): The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said: If anyone suppresses anger when he is in a position to give vent to it, Allah, the Exalted, will call him on the Day of Resurrection over the heads of all creatures, and ask him to choose any of the bright and large-eyed maidens he wishes Sunan Abu-Dawud, Book 41, Number 4759

[al-Bukhaaree, Muslim] The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said, "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all."
