Salam,
Tahajjud is eleven Rak'at. That is a NAFILAH that can be recited all the year round around Midnight.
TRAWEEH is 20 Rakat (some say 8 Raka't) that is recited only in the 30 days of Ramadhan and it is done after Isha prayers.
After doing the TARAWEEH, you can do the TAHJJUD additiona

As far as tahajjud and taraweeh is concern both are same with different names
as by hadees of
Tahjjud is mentioned in the Quran.
It is additional prayers (NAWAFIL) that can be done in the middle of the night and upto the FAJR time all the year round.
TARAWEEH is special prayers as I have written below in which the whole Qur'an is recited in 30 dyas and it is done only in the moth of
