This is mentality of Kuffars, they use to say apostles of God is "hum-tum jaise
insan hain" see below verses:
These days the remnants of those kuffars among us are saying the same "Muhammad
(SAWW) was a human being like us and they completely against all Hadeeth books
as Head of the disbelievers was and he said to his nation and Quran Quotes that
in verse 23:34" (See below)
Questions.........
Q1. Ager woh humm jessey insan they too unn kee perchaee (shadow) kyun nahi thi?
Q2. As you quoted (18:110 & 41:06), both says He (Muhammad SAWW) look like us
but it is never said he is a Human being "hum-tum jaise insan" prove that?
[23.24] And the chiefs of those who disbelieved from among his people said: He
is nothing but a mortal like yourselves who desires that he may have
superiority over you, and if Allah had pleased, He could certainly have sent
down angels. We have not heard of this among our fathers of yore:
[23.25] He is only a madman, so bear with him for a time.
[23.33] And the chiefs of his people who disbelieved and called the meeting of
the hereafter a lie, and whom We had given plenty to enjoy in this world's
life, said: This is nothing but a mortal like yourselves, eating of what you
eat from and drinking of what you drink.
[23.34] And if you obey a mortal like yourselves, then most surely you will be
losers:
The word "Misslokum" used in your quoted verses (18:110 & 41:06), , the same
word also used in the story of two sons of Adam verse 5.31 when one son of Adam
says "I should be like this crow" it doesn't mean that he become crow or crow
become human being.
[2.74] Then your hearts hardened after that, so that they were like rocks
What you make of this? do we call rocks to those whose hearts are hardened by
God?
[2.223] Your wives are a tilth for you, so go into your tilth when you like
if you go word by word then What you make of this? from now on call your wife
as "Tilth = agricultural land / soil"
[24.35] Allah is the light of the heavens and the earth; a likeness of His
light is as a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp is in a glass, (and) the glass
is as it were a brightly shining star, lit from a blessed olive-tree, neither
eastern nor western, the oil whereof almost gives light though fire touch it
not-- light upon light-- Allah guides to His light whom He pleases, and Allah
sets forth parables for men, and Allah is Cognizant of all things.
According to above verse if that what you mean by likeness then every one
suppose to be Zoroastrian because God says I'm Light, start praying lamps,
bulbs , fire, sun, moon because light is directly coming from these things.
The mentality of kuffars still exist...........beware of these peoples, they
are trying from centuries that "Apostle of God is nothing but a simple common
human being" as their forefathers did and Quran quotes that in 23.24 & 23:33.
May God show them right path and keep us on right path.

Apart from this, there is a Hadith for Hadith believers;
Volume 4, Book 55, Number 654:
Narrated 'Umar:
I heard the Prophet saying, "Do not exaggerate in praising me as the
Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a Slave. So, call me the
Slave of Allah and His Apostle."
But then Hadith believers are the people whose vision and hearing has been
sealed by Allah. They follow neither Allah nor Quran, or try to understand the
purpose of Prophet Muhammad's mission, instead they worship not only Prophet
Muhammad but a lot many Imams, Peers, Auliya and what not.
