If Eed falls on Friday, the faithfull will do the Salat-ul-Eed before midday. The actual time of Salat-ul-Eed is any time after the sunrise to before teh Zuhr prayer.
The simple answer is that if it was another day of teh week, teh faithful will have to do Zuhr prayer. Since it is a
