Around 75 top professors and leading scientists believe the attacks were puppeteered by war mongers in the White House to justify the invasion and the occupation of oil-rich Arab countries. See also... New DNA bid to identify 9/11 victims Flight 93 'was shot down' claims book Iran's president keeps promise to purge universities of 'liberals'The claims have caused outrage and anger in the US which marks the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on Monday. But leading scientists say the facts of their investigations cannot be ignored and say they have evidence that points to one of the biggest conspiracies ever perpetrated. Professor Steven Jones, who lectures in physics at the Brigham Young University in Utah, says the official version of events is the biggest and most evil cover up in history. He has joined the 9/11 Scholars for Truth whose membership includes up to 75 leading scientists and experts from universities across the US. Prof Jones said: "We don't believe that 19 hijackers and a few others in a cave in Afghanistan pulled this off acting alone. "We challenge this official conspiracy theory and, by God, we're going to get to the bottom of this." In essays and journals, the scientists are giving credence to many of the conspiracy theories that have circulated on the internet in the past five years. They believe a group of US neo-conservatives called the Project for a New American Century, set on US world dominance, orchestrated the 9/11 attacks as an excuse to hit Iraq, Afghanistan and later Iran. The group says scientific evidence over the attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon is conclusive proof. Professor Jones said it was impossible for the twin towers to have collapsed in the way they did from the collision of two aeroplanes. He maintains jet fuel does not burn at temperatures high enough to melt steel beams and claims horizontal puffs of smoke seen during the collapse of the towers are indicative of controlled explosions used to bring down the towers. The group also maintains World Trade Centre 7 - a neighbouring building which caught fire and collapsed later in the day - was only partially damaged but had to be destroyed because it housed a clandestine CIA station. Professor James Fetzer, 65, a retired philosopher of science at the University of Minnesota, said: "The evidence is so overwhelming, but most Americans don't have time to take a look at this." The 9/11 Commission dismissed the numerous conspiracy theories after its exhaustive investigation into the terror attacks. Subsequent examinations of the towers' structure have sought to prove they were significantly weakened by the impact which tore off fire retardant materials and led the steel beams bending under heat and then collapsing. Christopher Pyle, professor of constitutional law at Mt Holyoake College in Massachusetts, has dismissed the academic group. He said: "To plant bombs in three buildings with enough bomb materials and wiring? It's too huge a project and would require far too many people to keep it a secret afterwards. "After every major crisis, like the assassinations of JFK or Martin Luther King, we've had conspiracy theorists who come up with plausible scenarios for gullible people. It's a waste of time." But University of Wisconsin assistant professor, Kevin Barrett, said experts are unwilling to believe theories which don't fit into their belief systems. He said: "People will disregard evidence it if causes their faith to be shattered. I think we were all
Boycott Israel [IslamCity] The Bid`ah of Celebrating the Middle of Shabaan
Bismillah hir Rehman nir RahimThe Bid`ah of Celebrating the Middle of Shabaan Praise be to Allaah Who has perfected our religion for us, and has completed His Favour upon us. And blessings and peace be upon His Prophet and Messenger Muhammad, the Prophet of repentance and mercy. Allaah says (interpretation of the meanings): This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion [al-Maaidah 5:3] Or have they partners with Allaah (false gods) who have instituted for them a religion which Allaah has not ordained? [al-Shooraa 42:21] In al-Saheehayn it is reported from Aaishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever innovates something in this matter of ours [Islam] that is not part of it, will have it rejected. In Saheeh Muslim it is narrated from Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say in his Friday khutbahs: The best of speech is the Book of Allaah and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The most evil of things are those which are newly-invented, and every innovation (bidah) is a going-astray. And there are many aayaat and ahaadeeth which say similar things. This clearly indicates that Allaah has perfected the religion of this ummah, and completed His favour upon them. He did not take the soul of His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) until he had conveyed the Message clearly and explained to the ummah everything that Allaah had prescribed for it of words and deeds. He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained that everything that people would innovate after he was gone, all the words and deeds that they would attribute to Islam, all of that would be thrown back on the one who invented it, even if his intention was good. The companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) knew this matter, as did the scholars of Islam after them. They denounced bidah and warned against it, as has been stated by all those who wrote books praising the Sunnah and denouncing bidah, such as Ibn Waddaah, al-Tartooshi, Ibn Shaamah and others. Among the bidahs that have been invented by some people is celebrating the middle of Shabaan (Laylat al-Nusf min Shabaan), and singling out that day for fasting. There is no evidence (daleel) for that which can be regarded as reliable. Some daeef (weak) ahaadeeth have been narrated concerning its virtues, but we cannot regard them as reliable. The reports which have been narrated concerning the virtues of prayer on this occasion are all mawdoo (fabricated), as has been pointed out by many of the scholars. We will quote some of their comments below, in sha Allaah. Some reports have also been narrated on this matter from some of the salaf in Syria, and others. What the majority of scholars say is that celebrating this occasion is bidah, and that the ahaadeeth concerning the virtues of this occasion are all daeef (weak), and some of them are mawdoo (fabricated).Among those who pointed this out was al-Haafiz Ibn Rajab, in his book Lataaif al-Maaarif, and others. The daeef ahaadeeth concerning acts of worship can only be acted upon in the case of acts of worship which are proven by saheeh evidence. There is no saheeh basis for celebrating the middle of Shabaan, so we cannot follow the daeef ahaadeeth either. This important principle was mentioned by Imaam Abul-Abbaas Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him). The scholars (may Allaah have mercy on them) were agreed that it is obligatory to refer matters concerning which the people dispute to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Whatever ruling both or one of them give is the shareeah which must be followed, and whatever goes against them must be rejected. Any acts of worship which are not mentioned in them are therefore bidah and it is not permissible to do them, let alone call others to do them or approve of them. As Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): O you who believe! Obey Allaah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allaah and His Messenger, if you believe in Allaah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination [al-Nisaa 4:59] And in whatsoever you differ, the decision thereof is with Allaah (He is the ruling Judge)[al-Shooraa 42:10] Say (O Muhammad to mankind): If you (really) love Allaah, then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Quraan and the Sunnah), Allaah will love you and forgive you your sins [Aal Imraan 3:31] But no, by

Wedlock, Marriage (Nikaah) Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 62 :: Hadith 114 Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (trouble) his neighbor. And I advise you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so I urge you to take care of the women. points to learn.. 1.women created from rib,rib is crooked. 2.if u try to straighten it,it will break..if u leave it ,it will remain crooked SO THE ONLY SOLUTION,TAKE CARE OF WOMEN,THE WOMEN FOR WHOM U POSTED HADITH OF BEING UNGRATEFUL,BEING MORE IN HELLFIRE,ETC THE ONLY SOLUTION IS ..take care of women.. if any thinks women r so bad, then the solution is take care of them, not to punish them, not to opress them, not to take away rights of women, but to take care of them, that is the only lawful, valid solution.. wallahu alam Aqsa. WOMEN: Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith Narrated Ibn Abbas The Prophet said: I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful. It was asked, Do they disbelieve in Allah? (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable deeds) done to them. If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I have never received any good from you. Narrated Abu Said Al Khudri Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) on 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women). They asked, Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle? He replied, You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you. The women asked, O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion? He said, Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man? They replied in the affirmative. He said, This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses? The women replied in the affirmative. He said, This is the deficiency in her religion. Narrated Sahl The men used to pray with the Prophet with their Izars tied around their necks as boys used to do; therefore the Prophet told the women not to raise their heads till the men sat down straight (while praying). Narrated Aisha The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people). I said, You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away, for I disliked to face him. Narrated Um Salama Whenever Allah's Apostle finished his prayers with Taslim, the women would get up and he would stay on for a while in his place before getting up. Ibn Shihab said, I think (and Allah knows better), that the purpose of his stay was that the women might leave before the men who had finished their prayers. Narrated Aisha Had Allah's Apostle known what the women were doing, he would have forbidden them from going to the mosque as the women of Bani Israel had been
Boycott Israel [IslamCity] Welcome Ramadhan-Prepare for Maximum Benifits
Prepare for Maximum Benefit Whenever we can anticipate some event, it is sensible to prepare to benefit from it in the best and most comprehensive way. Naturally, the preparation will be proportional to both the strength of expectation of the event occurring and to the value that we attach to it. An example of preparation: There is a crop that fetches a high price yielding a fantastic return on investment. The farmer will spare no effort to cultivate this because the (material) rewards are very real for him. He has a strong expectation of achieving this benefit and he values it greatly so much so that he is willing to undergo difficulty, make sacrifices (of his time, social obligations etc.), make physical effort, etc. At the commencement of Rajab we are taught to read this dua 'Oh Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha'baan and let us reap the benefits in Ramadaan'. In effect, reading this dua prepares us mentally for Ramadaan. It also displays our recognition that He, in fact, is the Causer and it is to Him that we should turn our attention to and He is the One we should beg from. It is common sense that we shouldn't devote all our time and effort for our taste buds and stomach. While this isn't incorrect, more so if we intend it to put us in the best mind frame and allow us more time for ibaadat during Ramadaan, it is nowhere near the true purpose or the real treasure of Ramadaan. Rather, in Ramadaan: 'Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed to those before you, that you may learn (develop and increase) taqwa' since 'the most honoured in Allah's sight are the ones with most taqwa' Qur'an. An investment of 10 days reaps a guaranteed reward of 30 000 days (1000 months of 30 days each). This is a return on investment of 300 000% in the currency of the Hereafter Allah favours us lavishly with what will make our scales heavy since 'whosevers scale is heavy they will enjoy sheer bliss' Qur'an From the many aspects of preparation for Ramadaan, three important ones are: 1.Fulfill all outstanding rights of Allah If there are any obligations that have not been discharged (eg. Salaah, saum, zakaat), then do so now. If for some reason they cannot be discharged completely before Ramadaan, then at least begin to do so. 2.Fulfill all outstanding rights of people Pay any money owed, seek forgiveness where required, etc 3.Fulfill the rights of ones own self Prepare oneself physically and mentally; schedule matters to make ample time available in Ramadaan, etc If our conviction needs development then our Bountiful Creator, the Possessor of Infinite Bounties has provided an easy formula: if we repeatedly act in some way, then that way will first become a habit and later become so ingrained that it appears to be our very nature. Applying this principle, initially we need to act as if we have conviction. Insha Allaah, after some time, true conviction will develop. In the case of Ramadaan, we need to act as if we treasure and value it. Before Ramadaan, we should think of a daily schedule that will stretch us but not break us; that will enable us to look back with satisfaction but not frustrate us in its course. We should read about its virtues to generate and strengthen our motivation. We should read about the practices of past and present luminaries to remind ourselves of what is humanly possible. During Ramadaan we should get into those environments that are highly conducive and act with a seemingly single minded purpose. We should adhere to our schedule with diligence if necessary adopt the schedule already laid out since it is normally easier if others are also doing the same thing. Our concern for fulfilling the rights of Allaah, others and ourselves should be uppermost and we shouldn't act in any way that may jeopardise this time and effort. The doors to the treasure of our Lord, The Possessor of Infinite Treasures, will be open. The limits, on how much we take, will only be those that we ourselves set. Remember that if we fail to prepare (for Ramadaan) then we in fact prepare to fail (to make the most of Ramadaan) Other Ramadan Articles from a Majlis of Hz. Boycott Israel [IslamCity] Bismillah: Eating in the name of God
Muslims are taught to utter the phrase, bismillah, in the name of God, when beginning a new activity, whether mundane or profound. Stepping out of the house to begin a day of work a woman utters, bismillah. A surgeon begins an operation with the words bismillah. A student opens a notebook and writes at the top of the page bismillah. But most importantly, because it is explicitly ordained in the Quran, the name of God is uttered before partaking of a meal. To perform any activity in the name of God means to perform it with an awareness the God is the ultimate source of all means and capacities, and that activities are blessed only if the are undertaken with a grateful recognition of this reality. Muslims who seek to act in the name of God must also be aware of any divine guidelines established for their activities. Most Muslims are well informed about the kinds of food that are unlawful for them to consume and that animals are to be slaughtered in a particular manner for their flesh to be lawful for consumption. Many Muslims try to consume only halal (lawful) or zabihah (slaughtered (in the correct manner)) meat. Many others, following a reasonable interpretation of the Quran, consider all animals slaughtered by People of the Book (Christians and Jews) to be lawful. Beyond these basic rules, there is an increasing awareness among Muslims that the Quranic command to consume wholesome (tayyib) foods might require that more attention be paid to the conditions in which animals are raised and what they are fed. At the same time, an increased awareness of these issues has not necessarily been matched by a widespread change in consumption. This is not surprising. Busy families find it difficult enough getting dinner on the table on time, much less ensuring that organic halal meat is at hand whenever they need to put a meal together. Given the fact that many Muslims still are not even restricting their consumption of meat to properly slaughtered animals, it may seem impractical to propose more factors that should be considered by Muslims to determine whether they are really eating in the name of God. It is possible, however, that, presented with a more holistic ethical approach this issue, Muslims might have more motivation to reassess their consumption patterns. Place of Humans in Creation To begin, it may be helpful to reconsider the Islamic theological justification for the human consumption of animal products and the limits placed on that consumption. Perhaps one of the most compelling articulations of the proper relationship between humans and animals was made in the form of a fable circulated in early Muslim society. This is the story of a group of men who were shipwrecked on an island, previously inhabited only by animals. In short time, the men create a society dependent upon the exploitation of the animals--exploitation they undertake in brutal fashion. Seeking redress for their oppression, the animals bring their case to the King of the Jinn,[1] who agrees to adjudicate their case. After moving and eloquent testimony from the a hoopee, a bee, a donkey and other creatures, as well as the men, the King of the Jinn rules: [Man is] superior to all other animals because it is he alone who has been promised by the Maker a life after death. This life after death in this world may be in the gardens of Paradise or in the fires of Hell; it is for him to choose how he lives his present life on this earth. The animals, on the other hand, have only this one life on earth and have been granted no future life after death. How greatly, therefore, has the Almighty favored man over animals by promising him everlasting life! For this reason man must be regarded as superior to all animals and is therefore their master. . . But let man not imagine that just because he is superior to animals that they are his slaves. Rather it is that we are all slaves of the Almighty and must obey His commands. Man must know that, while he has rights over animals, he also has responsibilities towards them. He must know that he is master of them only because the Creator has appointed man as His representative on earth. Let man not forget that he is accountable for his behavior towards his fellow human beings. Man bears a heavy responsibility, for we know that the Almighty will, on the Day of Judgment, hold him accountable for all his actions. And let us remember that in the life of our beloved Prophet, may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, there are numerous stories that tell of his kindness to animals. Let us also remember that many of the Prophets sayings remind man of his duties towards animals: to help them in their lives and not to harm them, to give them food when they are hungry and water when they are thirsty and to be considerate to them in every way. So return home, all of you, in peace under the protection of Almighty God.[2] In his judgment, the King of the Jinn confirms the
