But then Hadith believers are the people whose vision and hearing has been
sealed by Allah. They follow neither Allah nor Quran, or try to understand the
purpose of Prophet Muhammad's mission, instead they worship not only Prophet
Muhammad but a lot many Imams, Peers, Auliya and what not.

[22:67] For each congregation, we have decreed a set of rites that they must uphold. Therefore, they should not dispute with you. You shall continue to invite everyone to your Lord. A righteous Christian upholds Gospel: [5:46] Subsequent to them, we sent Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming the previous scripture, the Torah. We gave him the Gospel, containing guidance and light, and confirming the previous scriptures, the Torah, and augmenting its guidance and light, and to enlighten the righteous. [5:47] The people of the Gospel shall rule in accordance with GOD's revelations therein. Those who do not rule in accordance with GOD's revelations are the wicked. A righteous Muslim upholds the Quran: [5:48] Then we revealed to you this scripture, truthfully, confirming previous scriptures, and superseding them. According to above verse if that what you mean by likeness then every one
suppose to be Zoroastrian because God says I'm Light, start praying lamps,
bulbs , fire, sun, moon because light is directly coming from these things.
The mentality of kuffars still exist...beware of these peoples, they
are trying from centuries that Apostle of God is nothing but a simple common
human being as their forefathers did and Quran quotes that in 23.24 23:33.

In what world do these people live? True, there'll be no public executions
outside Buckingham Palace when His Royal Highness rides in stately formation
down The Mall. We gave up capital punishment about half a century ago. There
won't even be a backhander - or will there? - which is the Saudi way of doing
business. But for King Abdullah to tell the world, as he did in a BBC interview
yesterday, that Britain is not doing enough to counter terrorism, and that
most countries are not taking it as seriously as his country is, is really
pushing it. Weren't most of the 11 September 2001 hijackers from - er - Saudi
Arabia? Is this the land that is really going to teach us lessons?
The sheer implausibility of the claim that Saudi intelligence could have
prevented the ondon bombings if only the British Government had taken it
seriously, seems to have passed the Saudi monarch by. We have sent information
to Great Britain before the terrorist attacks in Britain but unfortunately no
action was taken. And it may have been able to maybe avert the tragedy, he
told the BBC. This claim is frankly incredible.
The sad, awful truth is that we fete these people, we fawn on them, we supply
them with fighter jets, whisky and whores. No, of course, there will be no
visas for this reporter because Saudi Arabia is no democracy. Yet how many
times have we been encouraged to think otherwise about a state that will not
even allow its women to drive? Kim Howells, the Foreign Office minister, was
telling us again yesterday that we should work more closely with the Saudis,
because we share values with them. And what values precisely would they be, I
might ask?
Saudi Arabia is a state which bankrolled - a definite no-no this for discussion
today - Saddam's legions as they invaded Iran in 1980 (with our Western
encouragement, let it be added). And which said nothing - a total and natural
silence - when Saddam swamped the Iranians with gas. The Iraqi war communiqué
made no bones about it. The waves of insects are attacking the eastern gates
of the Arab nation. But we have the pesticides to wipe them out.
Did the Saudi royal family protest? Was there any sympathy for those upon whom
the pesticides would be used? No. The then Keeper of the Two Holy Places was
perfectly happy to allow gas to be used because he was paying for it -
components were supplied, of course, by the US - while the Iranians died in
hell. And we Brits are supposed to be not keeping up with our Saudi friends
when they are cracking down on terrorism.
Like the Saudis were so brilliant in cracking down on terror in 1979 when
hundreds of gunmen poured into the Great Mosque at Mecca, an event so
mishandled by a certain commander of the Saudi National Guard called Prince
Abdullah that they had to call in toughs from a French intervention force. And
it was a former National Guard officer who led the siege.
Saudi Arabia's role in the 9/11 attacks has still not been fully explored.
Senior members of the royal family expressed the shock and horror expected of
them, but no attempt was made to examine the nature of Wahhabism, the state
religion, and its inherent contempt for all representation of human activity or
death. It was Saudi Muslim legal iconoclasm which led directly to the
destruction of the Buddhas of Bamiyan by the Taliban, Saudi Arabia's friends.
And only weeks after Kamal Salibi, a Lebanese history professor, suggested in
the late 1990s that once-Jewish villages in what is now Saudi Arabia might have
been locations in the Bible, the Saudis sent bulldozers to destroy the ancient
buildings there.
In the name of Islam, Saudi organisations have destroyed hundreds of historic
structures in Mecca and Medina and UN officials have condemned the destruction
of Ottoman buildings in Bosnia by a Saudi aid agency, which decided they were
idolatrous. Were the twin towers in New York another piece of architecture
which Wahhabis wanted to destroy?
Nine years ago a Saudi student at Harvard produced a remarkable thesis which
argued that US forces had suffered casualties in bombing attacks in Saudi
Arabia because American intelligence did not understand Wahhabism and had
underestimated the extent of hostility to the US presence in the kingdom. Nawaf
Obaid even quoted a Saudi National Guard officer as saying the more visible
the Americans became, the darker I saw the future of the country. The problem

The Children Rescue operation initially planned to fly 10,000 children out of Darfur to Europe, a plan attacked as irresponsible and amateurish by adoption and humanitarian groups. Not Orphans Zoe's Ark representatives in Paris insist they mounted the Children Rescue operation in good faith, hoping to evacuate orphans whose lives were at risk in Darfur, over the Chadian border. UNICEF said after interviewing the children -- 88 boys and 22 girl -- that most appear to be Chadian, not Darfuri, and that there was no evidence they were orphans. Some children told reporters their parents are still alive, and they were taken from their villages on the Chad-Sudan border. My parents had gone to work in the fields. As we were playing some Chadians came and said here are some sweets, why don't you follow us to Adre and then we'll take you home, said a young boy called Osman, referring to a town on the Chad-Sudan border. We were taken to the hospital in Adre, he added. We spent seven days in Adre and I've been here in Abeche for more than one month. We were well fed by the whites, there was always food, said Osman. I would like to go back to find my parents. A French diplomat has said around 300 families in France and Belgium paid 2,800 to 6,000 euros ($4,000-8,600) per child to have them flown to an airport in Vatry, east of Paris, where families hoping to welcome them waited Thursday night in vain. The French Foreign Ministry issued a warning about Zoe's Ark in August, saying there was no guarantee the children were helpless orphans and casting doubt on the project's legality. France's Ambassador to Chad Bruno Foucher said the arrested French nationals would have to face Chadian justice. I think this situation is scandalous and our efforts and those of the French government have been centered on these children who were taken from their villages, and to make sure this never happens again, he told reporters in Abeche. It's an operation which was completely illegal, Foucher said, adding that those who took part in this illegal manipulation will answer for their acts in Chad. Zoe's Ark -- whose members were granted access to French military aircraft and facilities in Chad -- says the French government did nothing to stop it. Aid groups working in eastern Chad, home to some 236,000 cross-border refugees from Darfur as well as some 173,000 people displaced by a local rebellion, have firmly condemned the operation -- Comments: African Slave Trade all over again!. My apologies to anyone who has been trying to contact me by email and have not received a reply. I have not had computer access until today. I have a lot of email to go through so it still may be a while before I respond. I began my journey last Thursday traveling to Washington, DC where we stayed in the DC Marriot. Our hosts have been extremely attentive and generous. They make every effort to anticipate our every need and resolve any concerns that come up immediately. On Friday in Washington they hosted a reception at the UAE Embassy for the then twelve participants in the Imams Training Program / Hajj Pilgrimage. We left Washington Sunday at 11:20 pm on a 12 hour flight to Doha Qatar on the luxury Qatar Airlines. Then we took a one hour flight to Abu Dabhi. From there we took a one hour bus drive to our host city of Al Ain, and our host facility - the Zayed Institute of Culture. Here I share a luxury villa with one other brother. Yesterday they took us out and bought us sportswear and shoes, and Arabian style sandals, head scarfs, and tailor made tunics. Then they gave us a generous sum of UAE cash and then took us to a luxury mall so that we could shop. Everything they provide for us is top rate, first class and of the higest quality. This has been, and is expected to continue to be, an outstanding, rich and rewarding experience, both physically and spiritually. I have noticed some organizations are organizing al Nakbah commemoration activities from November through May. Personally I don't have the time and resources to to do this. But as a collective we do need to decide how we will speak about the date of al Nakbah. I understand and agree with Musil's appraisal of the situation below. Some tell a story, like Harriet Beech Stowe's 1851 Uncle Tom's Cabin, which gave a huge impetus to the campaign for the abolition of slavery. Others take the form of a political treatise, like Theodor Herzl's Der Judenstaat, which gave birth to the Zionist movement. Or they can be scientific in nature, like Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species, which changed the way humanity sees itself. And perhaps political satire, too, can shake the world, like 1984 by George Orwell. The impact of these books was amplified by their timing. They appeared exactly at the right time, when a large public was ready to absorb their message. It may well turn out that the book by the two professors, John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy, is just such a book. It is a dry scientific research report, 355 pages long, backed by 106 further pages containing some thousand references to sources. It is not a bellicose book. On the contrary, its style is restrained and factual. The authors take great care not to utter a single negative comment on the legitimacy of the Lobby, and indeed bend over backwards to stress their support for the existence and security of Israel. They let the facts speak for themselves. With the skill of experienced masons, they systematically lay brick upon brick, row upon row, leaving no gap in their argumentation. This wall cannot be torn down by reasoned argument. Nobody has tried, and nobody is going to. Instead, the authors are being smeared and accused of sinister motives. If the book could be ignored altogether, this would have been done as has happened to other books which have been buried alive. (Some years ago, there appeared in Russia a large tome by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, the world-renowned laureate of the Nobel Prize for Literature, about Russia and its Jews. This book, called 200 Years Together, has been completely ignored. As far as I know, it has not been translated into any language, certainly not into Hebrew. I asked several of Israel's leading intellectuals, and none of them had even heard of the book. Neither does it appear on the list of Amazon.com, which includes all the author's other works.) * * * The two professors take the bull by the horns. They deal with a subject which is absolutely taboo in the United States, a subject nobody in his right mind would even mention: the enormous influence of the pro-Israel lobby on American foreign policy. In a remorselessly systematical way, the book analyzes the Lobby, takes it apart, describes its modus operandi, discloses its financial sources and lays bare its relations with the White House, the two houses of Congress, the leaders of the two major parties and leading media people. The authors do not call into question the Lobby's legitimacy. On the contrary, they show that hundreds of lobbies of this kind play an essential role in the American democratic system. The gun and the medical lobbies, for example, are also very powerful political forces. But the pro-Israel lobby has grown out of all proportion. It has unparalleled political power. It can silence all criticism of Israel in Congress and the media, bring about the political demise of anyone who dares to break the taboo, prevent any action that does not conform to the will of the Israeli government. In its second part, the book shows how the Lobby uses its tremendous power in practice: how it has prevented the exertion of any pressure on Israel to make peace with the Palestinians, how it pushed the US into the invasion of Iraq, how it is now pushing for wars with Iran and Syria, how it supported the Israeli leadership in the recent war in Lebanon and blocked calls for a ceasefire when it didn't want it. Each of these assertions is backed up by so much undeniable evidence and quotations from written material (mainly from Israeli sources) that they cannot be ignored. * * * Most of these disclosures are nothing new for those in Israel who deal with these matters. I myself could add to the book a whole chapter from personal experience. In the late 50s, I visited the US for the first time. A major New York radio station invited me for an interview. Later they cautioned me: You can criticize the President (Dwight D. Eisenhower) and the Secretary of State (John Foster Dulles) to your heart's content, but please don't criticize Israeli leaders! At the last moment the interview was cancelled altogether, and the Iraqi ambassador was invited instead. Assalamu Alaikum (May Peace Be Upon You), Last night, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake shook the San Francisco Bay Area. Alhamdulillah, Allah (SWT) was very merciful - there was no major damage in the area including Hidaya Foundations (www.hidaya.org) headquarters, located in Santa Clara, CA. The world is witnessing an increasing frequency of natural disasters; hence we should not be complacent, we need to better prepare ourselves to help our families, friends, neighbors, and those affected by these calamities around the world. Most importantly, we must improve our character and guide our families and friends towards righteousness. (For a reference in Al-Quran regarding disasters please click here). A key lesson that Hidaya Foundation learned from Hurricane Katrina relief work, was that we must better prepare our own organization and the community to quickly respond to natural disasters. Hidaya Foundation initiated the Disaster Preparedness Team Project in 2005 and has been collaborating with several agencies, to train community members to be ready to help themselves, their families and communities when a disaster should strike. As of today 43 community members in the bay area have undergone this training and the number continues to grow. Much work still needs to be done.
