Re: Bismillah [IslamCity] Jaipur Serial blasts: Statement of Concerned Citizens

All the signatories to this Statement are the percieved Muslim appeasers,
hence what they say has little or no value. This Statement would have been
that much more meaningful if journalists from the mainstream media as well
as other known secular nationalists would have been made to endorse this
Statement.

The way I see it, these blasts will only help BJP consolidate the Hindu
sentiment in its favour.

*Jaipur Serial blasts: Statement of Concerned Citizens*

We the undersigned strongly condemn those behind the serial blasts of
Jaipur. We also offer our sincerest condolences to the victims of this
dastardly act and urge upon the state government and the Central Government
to take all possible measures for the proper compensation/ rehabilitation of
 the survivors.

These cowardly acts of terror have become a sore on the body politic of
Indian democracy. The current global and local politics in the name of
religious identity is intensifying the acts of terror, more so in India.
The unfortunate part is that prevention of these acts has been politicized
by some political parties. Some of them claim that the present Government is
soft on terrorism so there is increase in these acts of terror. They forget
that even during the NDA regime the frequency and intensity of these acts
was similar. Just by making the repressive laws cannot curtail these acts as
it is a superficial and wrong approach. These acts of terror have deeper
political causes. These causes relate to U.S. lust for oil, its help in
forming Al Qaeda and local rise of communal politics around issues of
 religious identity.

The worst part of handling acts of terror, which has a bearing on the
preventive measures, is the prevalent theory guiding the investigation
authorities. As per this theory these acts are done by some Pakistantrained
groups who want to spread communal disharmony. On this pretext many
Muslim youth are hauled up and investigation is presented as a success. So
many such acts of terror have taken place, Malegaon, Banaras, Mumbai, but
how many places have the communal disharmony erupted? Are the terrorist's
fools to repeat the act which is not having the desired result? Then, the
investigations done so far are clouded in mystery and under the cloak of
secrecy. The social audit of these investigations has not taken place
barring an odd exception. The present theory of investigating agency
deliberately overlooks the case of two Bajarang Dal workers getting killed
in Nanded in April 2006. It also does not want to give serious thought to
the narco-analysis of one of the survivors of the Nanded episode who said
that now we Hindus should also do the acts of terror, in front of crowded
mosques, else we will be regarded as eunuchs.

The occurrence of these acts, more often on Tuesdays and Fridays gives a
signal which goes beyond the thinking of present investigation agencies.
There is a need to have a National body with due representation from the
socially concerned citizens and Human rights activists who can have a say in
these matters and also who in an unbiased way can go to the truth of these
acts, unlike the ones at present, where the pattern of investigation can be
predicted right in advance due to the prevalent prejudices, which by now
 have become institutionalized.

These acts are now polarizing the society and the biggest beneficiary of
these are the communal forces. In a way, now communal violence is being
substituted by the acts of terror to consolidate the electoral base by
 communal party.

We urge upon the society at large, the ruling governments, the bureaucracy,
police and human rights activists to try to go to the depth of this painful
phenomenon and try to address the deeper disease which is causing the
 symptom of terrorist acts.

 We Demand

- Setting up of a National Commission with representation of broad
layers of people to monitor the investigations.
- This Commission gives suggestions in the direction of prevention of
such acts.
- This commission monitors those arrested on the ground of suspicion
and ensures that only the guilty are detained while innocents are released.
- This commission goes to the deeper maladies affecting the society
leading to such acts and suggests the remedial measures.
- It suggests ways to strengthen the intercommunity bonds so that
religious identity and terrorism are not correlated.

Bismillah [IslamCity] Jaipur Blasts : A Blessed Occasion for B.J.P. - Dr.M.K.Sherwani

2008-05-20 Thread Sherwani Mustafa

May,17,2008

 PRESS STATEMENT

The investigations into the Jaipur blasts is now almost
complete. The pattern of the bombings was identical with those of earlier
similar occurrences, and it has further been confirmed by the statement of the
so-called owner of the cycle shop from which the the persons, speaking with
Bengali accent, had purchased seven cycles used in the terror strike. These
evidences , when pieced together, authoritatively point towards the involvement
of HUJI which has its terror network through the poor Bengladeshi migrants,
whose identity is being verified, and, as a foregone conclusion, it will have
some lacunae, and thereofe, to keep the country safe from terrorism, they are
to be ousted from at least BJP -ruled Rajasthan. The blood of innocent
persons- both Hindus and Muslims - has come as a blessing in disguise for the
B.J.P. to execute its anti-Muslim agenda, and through it, to strengthen the
tottering foundations of 'Hindutwa', especially when the
crucial Parliamentary elections are round the corner, and it is being viewed
as the greatest hypocritical party even in the eyes of its traditional
hardcore cadre.
It is this wonderful blend of ludicrous and pernicious
ingredients that the menace of 'terrorism' is being tackled in India.
Whether it is a blast in mosque, graveyard, temple or market, and whether the
casulaties are Hindus or Muslims, the first reaction of invesigative agencies
and politicians point the needle towards some group, having Muslim or Islamic
nomenclature, and following that clue innocent Muslims are harassed. It is
further followed by the declarations of our so-called equally mischievous
'MAULVIS' who for their ulterior motives start organising conferences,
declaring that 'Islam is against terrorism' . It implies that these nasty
'Maulvis' themselves corroborate the versison of anti-Islamic forces who
always associate Muslims with every terrorist activity.
As I do remember in none of the terrorist explosions, except the
attack on the Parliament, the police suspects and version have stood judicial
scrutiny. In many a case the senders of threatening emails are found to be
Hindus. It was pershpas in the wake of Bombay blasts last year, when the media
made a hue and cry of some 'LASHKAREY QAHAR' owning responsibility through
mail, but lastly ,it was some Amit who had sent the message, and it was
dismissed as a teenager's prank.
If the government are sincere to eliminate the menace of
terrorism from the country, the investigative agencies will have to give up
their beaten track, and in order to infuse confidence amongst Muslims, it is
imperative that either the investigation of all incidents of terrorism must be
handed over to ' INTERPOL' or half of the senior officials of the team must be
 drawn from the Muslim community.

CAIRO — US President George W. Bush has admitted failure to do enough to
dispel the widespread belief that the United States' so-called war on
terror is targeting Islam, reported the *Washington Times* on Saturday, May
17.

Somebody said to me, 'Well, how come you dislike Muslims?' Bush said
during a meeting with a group of Jewish, Palestinian and Arab Israeli
students in Jerusalem shortly before concluding a three-day visit to Israel.

I don't.

An Israeli Arab female student, Henriette Charcar, told the American
president that he often related extremism to Islam and Muslims.

Actually what I say is you're not a religious person if you're a murderer,
Bush replied.

But you're right. I've got to do a better job of making it clear when I
talk about Islam, I talk about a peaceful religion, which I talk about a
lot.

Bush has repeatedly portrayed his so-called war on terror as a battle
between good and evil.

He upset many Muslims after the 9/11 attacks by referring to his war as a
crusade, a term which for many Muslims connotes a Christian battle against
Islam.

Bush has recently said that the United States was at war with Islamic
fascists, drawing immediate rebuke from his American Muslims.

Bush arrived in Egypt on Saturday on the third leg of a regional tour that
took him to Israel and Saudi Arabia.

The American president, who will leave office in January, started his tour
with a visit to Israel on Wednesday, May 14, to mark the 60th anniversary of
Israel's creation.

*Bad Image*

Bush blamed poisonous state-run TV stations in the Middle East for giving
the perception that the US is at war with Islam. There is a propaganda
machine on state-owned TV that is poisonous and we just have got to do a
better job of reaching out, he said.

Qatar-based Al-Jazeera television, the most popular outlet in the Middle
East, has often angered the US government for its reporting of the Afghan
and Iraq wars.

In 2004, the Bush administration launched their own Middle East TV station,
al Hurrah, in an effort to counter Al-Jazeera. One way to do it, by the
way, is to invite people to America and let them see what America is all
about, said Bush.

A recent poll by the Washington-based Pew Research Center found that the US
image has plummeted deeply across the world, even among allies, with foreign
policy and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan topping a long list of
disappointing factors.

*Palestinian Rights*

Bush said that the major obstacle to peace in the Middle East is the refusal
by some to accept a Jewish state.

I think why people are fighting is there's a group of people that refuse to
accept a Jewish state . . . a refusal to admit a certain reality, he said,
drawing fire from a young Arab Israeli student.

We can't wipe out a whole section of history, Charcar, the female student,
said, adding that Israel refuses to recognize the Palestinians' rights and
identity.

The Palestinian people did exist.

Did exist and do exist, Bush answered, forecasting a Palestinian state.
It's going to happen.

Bush pledged during a much-touted US-hosted peace conference in Annapolis in
November to help Israel and the Palestinian Authority to reach a peace deal
by 2008.

But since then, peace talks have stalled over Israel's refusal to put the
issues of Al-Quds (occupied East Jerusalem) and refugees on the agenda. Al-Quds
is home to Al-Haram Al-Sharif, which includes Islam's third holiest shrine,
Al-Aqsa Mosque, and represents the heart of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Israel captured Al-Quds in the six-day 1967 war before annexing the holy
city and declaring it part of its eternal undivided capital, a claim not
recognized by the UN or the world community.

Palestinians insist the city will be the capital of their future independent
state. Palestinians also insist on the return of almost 4.5 million
Palestinian refugees and their descendants to their homes from which they
were forced out when Israel was created.

New Delhi: A total of 17 Muslims have cleared the written and interview
process of the Civil Services Exam of 2006. The top Muslim candidate Shamim
Abidi appears on rank 16.

The written exam was help in October-November of 2006 and interview held in
April-May of this year. The List of 474 candidates was released by Union
Public Service Commission (UPSC) today. The successful candidates are
recommended for appointment to Indian Adminstrative Service, Indian Foreign
Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services.

The list of 474 candidates include 214 General (including 13 Physically
Challenged candidates), 144 Other Backward Classes (including 03 Physically
challenged candidates), 80 Scheduled Castes (including 02 Physically
challenged candidates) and 36 Scheduled Tribes candidates.

17 Muslims among the list of 474 successful candidates give Muslims a
representation of 3.59% which considering their lower number in higher
studies is quite remarkable and indication of hard work put on by Muslim
students. Another welcome trend this year is an increase in number of Muslim
girls clearing the Civil Services Exam.

Appointment to various services is based on available vacancies and merit
ranking of candidates. The number of vacancies reported by the Government
for the Indian Administrative Service is 89 (45 General, 24 Other Backward
Classes, 13 Scheduled Castes and 07 Scheduled Tribes); for the Indian
Foreign Service is 20 (10 General, 05 Other Backward Classes and 05
Scheduled Castes); for the Indian Police Service is 103 (51 General, 28
Other Backward Classes, 16 Scheduled Castes and 08 Scheduled Tribes); for
the Central Services Group is 294 (152 General, 80 Other Backward Classes,
43 Scheduled Castes and 19 Scheduled Tribes) and for Central Services Group

Wube-Enat, 10, and her husband Abebe, 14, on their wedding day
  Ross Appleyard in Amhara

Wube-Enat cowers under a brightly embroidered blanket, peering out at the
festivities going on around her. Bemused and bewildered, she has little
understanding of why she is suddenly the focus of so much attention.

It is her wedding day; Wube-Enat is 10 years old. Her husband, Abebe, is 14.

For the first time in her life she has discarded her grubby smock and is
dressed in traditional robes. I like my new husband, she says shyly. But
I don't really know him. In fact, I've never met him.

The ceremony, in the remote Amhara region of Ethiopia, is conducted by the
Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Child weddings are common in this region,
although it is illegal to marry below the age of 18. The priest justified
conducting the wedding by saying: We marry the girls so young to ensure
they are virgins. If she was older we wouldn't marry her - someone might
have raped her.

Tradition is paramount in this part of Ethiopia but practices such as
child marriage can have terrible repercussions for the girls. In Amhara half
of all girls are married before they are 15. Most get pregnant as soon as it
is physically possible. Simegne, 12, is eight months pregnant. I am looking
forward to giving my mother a grandchild, she said. But I would rather be
back at school.

Almost all the girls give birth at home without proper healthcare and with
no way of reaching a hospital if anything goes wrong - which is often.

Achawache was 15 when she got pregnant. She spent 12 days in labour before
eventually giving birth to a stillborn baby. She was left incontinent. The
condition is caused during a prolonged labour leading to a hole forming
between the bladder and the vagina. It was six years before she heard of a
hospital that would treat her. Because she was incontinent, bus drivers
refused to let her on board to get to the medical treatment she needed. In
many cases the condition leads to the girl being ostracised and deserted by
her husband. The Government is determined to stamp out child marriages and
has increased the penalties for anyone arranging such a ceremony. Getting
the message to areas such as Amhara is difficult.

Part of the problem is that it happens in areas that are so remote
communication is difficult, Tedros Ghebreyesus, the Health Minister, said.
We are also battling against deep-rooted traditions.

More than 90 per cent of the 77 million people in Ethiopia live in rural
areas. The Orthodox Church has a massive influence over the communities.
While the Christian hierarchy claims to want an end to child marriages, its
priests - there are half a million in the country - still carry them out.
Most of these priests are also carpenters and farmers, the Church's head,
His Holiness Abune Paulos said. It will take time for the message to filter
down that they must not be a part of this tradition.

The British-based charity Safe Hands for Mothers has been working with the
UN Population Fund to increase awareness. It is not for us to interfere
with cultural traditions that go back hundreds of years but we must alert
people to the dangers of early marriage, Nancy Durrell McKenna, its
executive director, said. We are working alongside our partners to make
films that show the physical and psychological effects of child marriage on
these vulnerable young girls. Some of the stories we have come across are
heartbreaking.

Few days ago, I had a chat with brother Jibril Aqil Ali. He introduce
himself as a Latino Muslim. I was so happy to chat with him.
In the same day, I had another chat window with Sister Zainab. She told me
that she is a converted Muslim from Philippine. Again, I was extremely happy.
Two converted Muslim in one day chatting with me. Subhana Allah. Can you
imagine how I felt? Can our Westernized Muslim youth look at her story, and see
how a Christian become committed Muslim. Sister Zainab should be an
inspiration to Muslim Youth. I truly believe that converts to Islam are one of
the few bright spots in our Islamic Ummah.
I asked Sister Zainab to send me his story. He graciously accepted, and here
is his story:
  Dear Dr. Adel Elsaie;
  Assalamu alaikum waramatullahi wa barakatuhu!
I am Zainab Oñez, 24 years old, single never been married, a graduate of
Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing at Holy Cross of Davao
College Inc, Philippines. I was a former Roman Catholic and I am one of the
working Scholars in SVD or society Verbini Divini, a religious congregation in
the Catholic religion for 6 years. Previously, my plan was to become a nun.
When I was at the young age of 14, I used to ask myself why many people would
have debates about the Christian religion. I had realized maybe God has given
one religion to all mankind. When I reached the age of 20, I started to
research on the internet and I read about how ISLAM IS A WAY OF LIFE. And I was
getting shocked, why was Catholisism not a way of life? I started to research
more about Islam because it was my first time to hear about Islam.
I printed all the Islamic research that I had found from the internet and
showed them to our professor. He was getting angry with me; why I was studying
about Islam; Muslims are terrorists; Muslims are bad people; Muslims worship
another God. I considered this as a challenge and was encouraged to study more
about Islam. After two years of studying about Islam I decided to embrace Islam
last February 21, 2006.
Alhamduillah, I am only one Muslim among with our family and I am now working
as a volunteer in Dawah Islamic propagation in Davao city. My entire Christian
friends were against me in my new Islamic way of life. I don’t care what other
people say. The most important thing is that this is my decision and I know
that this is the true religion of Allah SWT given to all mankind. Allah said in
Surah al Imram 3:19 INNAD DEENA IND ALLAH ISLAM- TRULY THE RELIGION WITH
ALLAH IS ISLAM.
And in Surah al-Imram 3: 85 thoseover seek a religion other than Islam it
will never be accepted of him, and in the hereafter he will be one of the
losers.
That is why I spend my life in Dawah for Muslim and non-Muslim area because
this is the true religion of Allah that has given to all mankind. The first big
jihad for me is wearing of hijab and abaya but alhamdulillah with the help of
Allah I got my self-confidence of wearing in proper attire. Most of Christian
friends say, what happened to you Zainab, you look like a ghost but I smile at
them, and say you do not understand what you are talking about and it is better
for you to study your Bible because even the Bible is very strict for the
woman:
   1 Corinthian 11:5-6 says
but any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled disgraces her
head—it is one and the same thing as having her head shaved. For if a woman
will not veil herself, then she should cut off her hair; but if it is
disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or to be shaved, she should
wear a veil.
If Christians read their Bible carefully and understand their Bible, all of
them will become Muslims.
I am now enjoying making my comparative study of religion and inshaAllah I
am hoping to be like Ahmad Deedat a good daeyah or preacher in our Islamic
religion. Now, I am always hoping to focus on study in Arabic education
inshaAllah if Allah given me an opportunity to study in Saudi Arabia inshaAllah.
If you want to contact Sister Zainab, send me email, and I will Inshaa Allah
forward the mail to her.
Please try to correct my English grammar. I hope that you can
understand because I am not really good in English grammar.
   jazakallahu khairan.

Dear Friends,

As many of you know, it is now 60 years since Israel was founded and over
750,000 Palestinians were forced from their homes. Unfortunately, most
Americans are completely uninformed about this massive act of ethnic cleansing
and the continuing injustice against these Palestinian refugees and their
descendants.

We have created a one-page trifold brochure to explain this expulsion as
clearly as possible to Americans. Please download it, print it out, and
distribute it to as many people in your community as possible.

In addition, you may wish to disseminate it during vigils and other Nakba

Ethnic Cleansing: How Palestine Became Israel

In the late 1800s a small, fanatic movement called political Zionism began in
Europe. Its goal was to create a Jewish state somewhere in the world. Its
leaders settled on the ancient and long-inhabited land of Palestine for the
location of this state.1

Palestine's population at this time was approximately ninety-five percent
non-Jewish (primarily Muslim an d Christian).2

Over the coming decades Zionist leaders used various strategies to accomplish
their goal of taking over Palestine:

1.By encouraging Jewish emigration to Palestine, partly through the
invention of such deceptive slogans as a land without a people for a people
without a land, when, in fact, the land was already inhabited.3

2.By convincing a Great Power to back this process. By turn, Zionists
approached the Ottomans, the British, and the US to further their cause. While
the Ottomans turned them down, the British (being promised that American
Zionists would push the U.S. to enter World War I on the side of England)
eventually acceded, as did the U.S. (due to concerns of politicians like Harry
Truman that they would lose elections otherwise).4

3.By buying up the land (sometimes through subterfuges), proclaiming it
Jewish for all eternity, and refusing to allow non-Jews to live or work on the
purchased land. This was called redeeming the land and was financed by a
variety of means, including by such wealthy banking families as the
Rothschilds.5

4.By violence, if such financial dispossession should fail or prove too
slow – as it did.6

In the 1930s, Jewish land ownership had increased from approximately 1% to just
over 6% of the land, and violence had increased as well. With the emergence of
several Zionist terrorist gangs (whose ranks included a number of future Prime
Ministers of Israel), there was violent conflict. Numerous people of all
ethnicities were killed – then, as now, the large majority of them Christian
and Muslim Palestinians.7

The Catastrophe

This growing violence culminated in Israel's ruthless 1947-49 War of
Independence, in which at least 750,000 Palestinian men, women, and children
were expelled from their homes – half of them even before any Arab armies
joined the war. At every point in this war, Zionist forces greatly outnumbered
Arab forces. This massive humanitarian disaster is known among Palestinians and
others as 'The Catastrophe,' al Nakba in Arabic.8

Between December 1947 and December 1950, Zionist forces committed at least 33
massacres9 and destroyed over 531 Palestinian villages and towns. Author Norman
Finkelstein states: According to the former director of the Israeli army
archives, 'in almost every village occupied by us during the War of
Independence, acts were committed which are defined as war crimes, such as
murders, massacres, and rapes'...Uri Milstein, the authoritative Israeli
military historian of the 1948 war, goes one step further, maintaining that
'every skirmish ended in a massacre of Arabs.'10

Count Folke Bernadotte, a former vice chairman of the Swedish Red Cross who
saved thousands of Jews during World War II and was appointed U.N. mediator in
Palestine in 1948, said of the Palestinian refugees: It would be an offence
against the principles of elemental justice if these innocent victims of the
conflict were denied the right to return to their homes.11

Injustice Continues

Over the 60 years since Israel's founding on May 14, 1948, this profound
injustice has continued. Palestinian refugees are the largest remaining refugee
population in the world. Seven million of the ten million living Palestinians
are refugees or displaced people. 1.3 million Palestinians live in Israel as
Israeli citizens. Despite their status as citizens, they are subject to
systematic discrimination. Many are prohibited from living in the villages and
homes from

*Dutch Bishop: 'Allah' is a very beautiful word to use instead of the
word 'God'*
*A Roman Catholic Bishop in the Netherlands has proposed people of all
faiths refer to God as Allah to foster understanding among religions. *

Amsterdam, Aug 15, 2007 / 09:15 am (CNA http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/
).- Bishop Martinus Muskens of Breda, Netherlands, suggested in an interview
with Radio Netherlands that Christians should refer to God as Allah, which
would promote better relations with Muslims.

The 71-year-old Bishop, Tiny Muskens, told Radio Netherlands that God did
not mind what he was named and that in Indonesia, where he had spent eight
years, priests used the word Allah while celebrating Mass.

   Bishop Muskens
Allah is a very beautiful word for God. Shouldn't we all say that from now
on we will name God Allah?

The bishop, who had worked in Indonesia, noted that even Christians use the
term Allah for God there. The Dutch should learn to get on spontaneously
with different cultures, religions and behavior patterns:
Someone like me has prayed to Allah yang maha kuasa (Almighty God) for
eight years in Indonesia and other priests for 20 or 30 years. In the heart
of the Eucharist, God is called Allah over there, so why can't we start
doing that together? he was quoted as saying.

Some Dutch Muslims welcomed his comments as a valuable gesture of support
coming just days after a far-right Dutch politician insulted the Holy Quran.
Geert Wilders called for the Quran to be banned in the country.

Wilders, whose new party won nine seats out of the 150 in parliament in last
November's elections, is well known for his negative remarks on Islam.

Bishop Muskens admitted that he did not think his suggestion would be
welcomed readily and that it would take about 100 years before Catholics
would feel comfortable calling God Allah.

In an interview broadcast on Monday's edition of current affairs show
Netwerk, Muskens said he had worked in Indonesia where God is referred to
as Allah in Christian services.
But a spokesman for one of the capital's leading mosques said he was not
happy with the statement.
We didn't ask for this, a spokesman for the Moroccan Mosque in Amsterdam
told De Telegraaf. Now it is as if we have a problem between Muslims and
Christians.

Gerrit de Fijter, chairman of the General Synod of the Dutch Protestant
Church, also rejected Muskens' suggestion. I applaud every attempt to
encourage dialogue with Muslims, but I doubt the sense of this maneuver, De
Fijter told De Telegraaf.

Neither De Fijter nor Muslim community leaders returned calls seeking
comment Wednesday.

Speaking to a local television network Wednesday, Muskens said he was
pleased his comments had sparked debate. That they are interested in how to
get along with God, that is a positive result, he told Omroep Brabant.

Muskens is known for controversial statements. In 1996, he declared that it
was acceptable for the hungry to steal bread. He also advocated condom use
to prevent the spread of AIDS and urged the abolition of celibacy for
priests.

In June, Muskens requested Pope Benedict XVI to grant him retirement from
the bishopry. Muskens, aged 71, was appointed Bishop of Breda in November
1994.

The word Allah is the perfect description of the One God of monotheism
for Jews, Christians and Muslims!

Is Allah only for Islam and Muslims?
[No! It is for All Three Abrahamic Faiths.]

Allah is the same word used by Christian Arabs and Jewish Arabs in their
Bible, centuries before Islam came.

On page one [1] of Genesis in the Old Testament, we find the word Allah
seventeen [17] times.

Every hotel and motel has a Bible. Next time you see one look in the
introduction, you will find samples of the different languages they have
translated. For Arabic they have translated the verse in the New Testament
in Arabic from the famous verse in the Gospel John 3:16 -

For God so loved the world . . .
- and the word the translators used in Arabic for God is the very same
word used by Muslims around the planet, Allah.
Where Does the word Allah Come From?

Allah comes from the Arabic word elaha god' or something worshiped. -
(Arabic) means '

This word (elah) can be made plural (gods), as in aleha and it can be male
or female just as the word in English can be goddess.

Allah comes from elaha but it brings more clarification and
understanding.

Allah= Has no gender (not male and not female) - He is used only out of
respect and dignity - not for gender
Allah = Always singular - Never plural - We is used only as the Royal WE
just as in English for royalty
Allah =Means The Only One to be Worshipped

 HISTORY OF ZIONISM AND JUDAISM:

 Why Are Jews Persecuted?
by Jayne Gardener, Feb 19, 2008
 *

* Anne Frank*

* I always* used to wonder what it was about Jews that made people
throughout history despise them. If they were indeed God's chosen I
thought, they had to be the unluckiest people in the history of the world.

Why were they persecuted throughout history?

Why had the Nazis herded them into cattle cars and taken them to
extermination camps to dispose once and for all of the Jewish problem?

I suddenly recognized that if Hitler had developed a Final Solution to the
Jewish question, that there had to have been a Jewish Problem. Could the
Jews have in any way behaved in such a manner that would make the countries
in which they resided turn against them, or were they just unfortunate,
innocent victims?

I set out to find answers for my questions, mainly turning to the Internet,
but also reading various books on the subject. What I found became
increasingly disturbing to me.

I had not known that throughout history, the Jews had been expelled from 79
countries, some countries more than once.

I had not known that many of the claims they made about the Holocaust that I
had believed unquestioningly for so long were in fact fraudulent.

The books I had read and the movies I had seen about the Holocaust and
wept over were nothing but thinly veiled attempts to garner unwavering
sympathy for the state of Israel and an excuse to extort billions of dollars
from Germany and 1.25 billion dollars from the Swiss banks.

I discovered that a book I had read many times as a teenager and cried
about, Anne Frank's Diary, had been at least partially written by someone
other than Anne Frank.

I learned that the confessions at the Nuremburg Trials and the executions of
so many German war criminals were were extracted under torture and the
defendants were being tried, judged and condemned by their very accusers.

I learned about the false flag operations, especially the Lavon affair and
the tragedy of the USS Liberty, an American ship that was attacked by the
Israelis during the 1967 war. 34 young American men were killed and many
more wounded.

To add insult to injury, the Israelis claimed that it was simply an
unfortunate case of mistaken identity, something the survivors of the
Liberty have always vehemently denied. They, however, were threatened with
court martial if they were ever to tell their stories.

I learned about the Jonathan Pollard spy case and other incidents of Israeli
Jews spying against their supposed closest ally.

I became shocked and horrified as I learned about the treatment of the
Palestinian people in the occupied territories at the hands of the Israeli
Defense Forces and the Jewish settlers. Israel purports to be the only
democracy in the middle east, but it's only a democracy for Jews. Non-Jews
are not considered equal.

I was saddened to see pictures of innocent Palestinian children burned
beyond recognition or suffering from serious gunshot wounds after being
targeted by the IDF for no other reason than that they are Palestinian.

I found out about the Jewish history of avariciousness, larceny, lying,
manipulation and their questionable and usurious business practices.

I learned about their roles in the radical homosexual movement, the radical
feminist movement, the pornography industry as well as their
over-representation in the abortion industry.

I discovered their role in organized crime, in the slave trade, in the civil
rights movement and in Communism, an ideology that is responsible for the
deaths of untold millions and the repression of many millions more.

I learned that it was Jewish supremacists behind the war against
Christianity and Christmas. It is they who want God out of the Pledge of
Allegiance and all symbols of Christianity removed from public life.

They have driven Christianity from the public schools despite Christianity
being the majority religion.

They have taken Christmas out of the public school calendar despite the fact
that it is a statutory holiday and it is named Christmas.

I read about the anti-Gentilism and hatefulness of the Babylonian Talmud and
their utter disrespect for, and hostility towards Jesus Christ, the Virgin
Mary and Christianity and Christians in general.

I learned about their chutzpah in claiming that Gentile lives were worth
no more than the lives of barnyard animals but that they considered Jewish
lives to be akin to God Himself. It's okay to steal from a Gentile or to
kill a Gentile, but Jewish lives are sacred.

I learned of their control of the majority of wealth, the media and academia
despite them making up less than 2% of the population (even lower in
Canada).

They are behind the ridiculous political correctness movement and hate crime
legislation

Bismillah [IslamCity] The Soviet hand in Israel

2008-05-20 Thread S A Hannan
http://weekly.ahram.org.eg/2008/897/op6.htm

The Soviet hand in Israel
While Balfour is usually blamed for the break up of Palestine, it was
the Soviets that ensured the creation of Israel, writes Rumy Hasan*

As we approach the 60th anniversary of the creation of the state of
Israel -- or the 60th anniversary of the Nakba (catastrophe) for the
Palestinians -- one element in this conflict-ridden story that seems to be
neglected is the role that the Soviet Union played.

Western critics of Israel almost invariably think that the partition of
Palestine was a product of the West, above all of the old imperial power,
Britain, which held mandate Palestine, and the US, the dominant force after
World War II. Given all the support that these two countries have given to
Israel over the past six decades, and continue to give, this is perhaps an
understandable assumption. Importantly, however, it is not a full, and
therefore true, representation of what actually happened.

Crucially, there are two curious, unexpected, twists to the tale
concerning the superpower states that had just embarked upon their Cold War
rivalry, the US and USSR. All those interested in this intriguing and
surprising history would be rewarded in reading an enlightening paper by French
historian Laurent Rucker, who utilises voluminous primary research from Soviet
archives (Moscow's surprise: The Soviet-Israeli Alliance of 1947-1949,
Woodrow Wilson Centre for International Scholars, Working Paper 46), the main
points of which I elaborate upon, whilst drawing my own conclusions.

Put briefly, there is compelling evidence to suggest that had the USSR
not supported the partition of Palestine and Israel's creation, such a
partition would not have happened. On the one hand, the US's support for the
partition plan was by no means as strong as is ordinarily imagined. We surely
need to recognise that the political terrain in the US with regard to a Jewish
state was very different 60 years ago than it is now. On the other hand, the
USSR's late change of stance and its uncompromising support for the Zionist
project during the fateful years of 1947-48 was arguably the decisive factor.

Recognising that it had no weight in the Middle East, during World War
II the Soviet Union opened embassies in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq in an
attempt to exert some influence. A corollary to this endeavour was weakening
and removing Britain's influence in the region and somehow forging divisions
between the UK and the US. It was this thinking that drove Soviet policies.
When the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry into the Fate of European Jews was
set up in January 1946, the erstwhile ally USSR, which had a legitimate
interest in the issue as there were about five million Jews living under Soviet
rule, was simply excluded, the crucial reason being that Britain and the US did
not want Stalin to poke his nose into the Palestine issue.

Yet after the war, there arose the issue of some quarter of a million
displaced Jews in Eastern Europe that was now under the Soviet sphere of
influence. It was the issue of the settlement of the bulk of these that proved
fundamental to what happened. The Soviets and East European regimes failed to
do what was incumbent upon them, that is, to re-settle displaced Jews in their
old homes and counter any hostility from the local population. Naturally,
therefore, many of these displaced persons wished to emigrate, the preferred
option, and understandably so, being the US which had not suffered destruction
during the war. But the US operated a closed-door policy to the tired, poor
huddled Jewish masses yearning to be free -- thus enabling the second
preferred option, Palestine, to come to the fore. This conveniently suited the
Americans and the Soviets, as well as the East European regimes (none of whom
wanted the displaced persons) so that the Zionist programme of settling
European Jewry in Palestine quickly gathered momentum. Britain, however, was at
first wary as it did not wish to alienate the Arab world.

The Zionist organisations had foresight and forged links with Soviet
diplomats, quietly calling for support for their designs. This, however, did
not immediately lead to the USSR agreeing to a future Jewish state in Palestine
(which the USSR had never supported), though the seeds were sown and came to
fruition surprisingly soon. The official USSR position was for the removal of
the British mandate and troops and for a unitary Palestine to be granted
independence but under UN trusteeship (meaning, under joint control of the
big three powers). In March 1947, the Near East Department of the Soviet UN
delegation accordingly argued for a single democratic

Salaam and thanks for this article. I knew this, in Bible, Torah, and in all
religious books, including Hindooism and Booddaism, God was written as Allah.
Later, some people changed it to God. It is true there is no God but Allah!
Sadly, some Muslims translate this sentence as - there is no God but God, which
does not make any sense! Christians and Jews living in Arabia speak Arabic. I
met some of them in the UK who used to say Soobhanallah, Alhamdolillah, even
some do use Bissmillah before they start anything! All of them agreed that
these are not only Isslamic terms but also Arabic, related to Arabic language
and culture. All of them agreed that Allah was the term used in their religious
books at first!
The fact is whether we believe or not, there is no God but Allah! This is
universal truth and denying this is just acting against the law of nature!
The funniest thing is, those who have deliberately misled their fellows are not
able to stand for the responsibilities and mishaps have happened. Also, those
who realised that they were misled and are not embracing the truth will remain
responsible for their own acts!

years in Indonesia and other priests for 20 or 30 years. In the heart of the
Eucharist, God is called Allah over there, so why can't we start doing that
together? he was quoted as saying.

Bishop Muskens admitted that he did not think his suggestion would be welcomed
readily and that it would take about 100 years before Catholics would feel
comfortable calling God Allah.

In an interview broadcast on Monday's edition of current affairs show
Netwerk, Muskens said he had worked in Indonesia where God is referred to as
Allah in Christian services.
But a spokesman for one of the capital's leading mosques said he was not happy
with the statement.
We didn't ask for this, a spokesman for the Moroccan Mosque in Amsterdam told
De Telegraaf. Now it is as if we have a problem between Muslims and
Christians.

Gerrit de Fijter, chairman of the General Synod of the Dutch Protestant Church,
also rejected Muskens' suggestion. I applaud every attempt to encourage
dialogue with Muslims, but I doubt the sense of this maneuver, De Fijter told
De Telegraaf.

Neither De Fijter nor Muslim community leaders returned calls seeking comment
Wednesday.

Speaking to a local television network Wednesday, Muskens said he was pleased
his comments had sparked debate. That they are interested in how to get along
with God, that is a positive result, he told Omroep Brabant.

Muskens is known for controversial statements. In 1996, he declared that it was
acceptable for the hungry to steal bread. He also advocated condom use to
prevent the spread of AIDS and urged the abolition of celibacy for priests.

In June, Muskens requested Pope Benedict XVI to grant him retirement from the
bishopry. Muskens, aged 71, was appointed Bishop of Breda in November 1994.

Using Salutations Praises Composed by People

By `Abd al-Rahmân al-Barrâk, Professor at al-Imaam Islamic University

There are numerous supplications, salutations, and praise-poems that have been
composed by people who go to extremes in their veneration of the Prophet
Muhammad (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam). The supplications that they concoct
are typified by clear exaggerations and extreme tendencies in expressing love
for the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam), which sometimes reaches the
level of major polytheism.

They often take these supplications that they author with their own hands and
recite them morning and night as ritual remembrances. Sometimes, they prefer
chanting these remembrances of their own invention over the recitation of the
Qur'aan. They take these salutations written by their sheiks - and they often
name these salutations after their authors - and confer upon them virtues
higher than the virtues that are established for the recitation of the Qur'aan.

The Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) taught his Companions how we are
supposed to convey our salutations to him. They asked: O Messenger of Allaah,
teach us how to greet you and how to salute you in our prayers.

The Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) replied: Say: O Allaah! Bestow
your blessings upon Muhammad and upon his family as you have bestowed your
blessings upon Abraham and his family. Indeed You are praiseworthy and
glorious. [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (3370) and Sahîh Muslim (405)]

Here is an example of such an innovated supplication:

O Allaah! Bestow your most perfect blessings and your most perfect peace upon
our master Muhammad, through whom difficulties and calamities are relieved and
through whom needs are fulfilled, aspirations attained, and the best outcomes
are achieved, and through whom the clouds deliver their rain by virtue of your
Noble Countenance.

And bestow (such salutations and peace) upon his family and his Companions.

Do so for every moment that lasts the duration of the flickering of an eye or
the drawing of a breath, and do so to the number of everything that is known to
You.

There are different version of this supplication, all of which are similar in
their basic wording. It is a false supplication that contains heretical and
false meanings.

The supplication alleges that the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) is
the one through whom difficulties and calamities are relieved and through whom
needs are fulfilled, aspirations attained.

If the meaning intended here is that the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa
sallam) is the one who does these things, then it is a clear case of major
polytheism, since such attributes belong to Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala alone.
Allaah is the only one who brings about the best outcomes. In Allaah's hands
alone is the Dominion. Allaah alone is the dispenser of all good and of all
providence. Allaah alone removes calamities and difficulties and fulfills the
needs of His creatures. Allaah guides whom He pleases to a path that is
straight.

If, by contrast, the meaning intended in the supplication is for the supplicant
to seek Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala's beneficence in these matters through the
virtue of the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) and his status with
Allaah, then this is not polytheism. However, it still constitutes an
innovation without any basis for it in Islamic Law.

We should know that seeking nearness to Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala by way of
the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) can mean one of four things:

1. To seek nearness to Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala on the strength of one's
own faith in the truth of Prophet Muhammad (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam),
the love that one has for him, and the obedience one shows in complying to the
teachings that he brought. This is one of the greatest means of seeking
nearness to Allaah in our supplications.

2. Seeking nearness to Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala by having the Prophet (sall
Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) supplicate on one's behalf.

This is like what 'Akâshah b. Muhsin did when he went to the Prophet (sall
Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) and said: Beseech Allaah that I will be among them.

To which the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) replied: You are among
them. [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (6541) and Sahîh Muslim (220)]

The Companions used to go to the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) and
request from him to supplicate on their behalf. In times of drought, they would
ask him to beseech Allaah on their behalf for rain.

However, after the Prophet (sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) died, no one would
go to his grave and request from him to supplicate to Allaah on their behalf.
When they were stricken with drought, they turned instead to his uncle 'Abbâs
and asked him to beseech Allaah for rain on their behalf.

This took place in the year of famine during
