When he was old, he said to the king, 'I am old, so send me a lad to whom I can teach sorcery.' He sent him a lad for him to teach. When the boy was on the way, he came upon a monk. He sat down to listen to his words and liked what he heard. Whenever he went to the sorcerer, he would pass by the monk and sit with him. When he came to the sorcerer, the sorcerer would beat him. He complained about that to the monk who said, 'When you are afraid of the sorcerer, say, My family kept me. And when you are afraid of your family, say, The sorcerer kept me.' While all this was going on, he came upon a great beast which was barring the people's way and said, 'Today I will find out who is better, the sorcerer or the monk.' He took a stone and said, 'O Allah, if what the monk does is preferable to You to what the sorcerer does, then turn this beast aside so that the people can pass.' He threw it and killed the animal and the people went on. He went to the monk and told him and the monk said to him, 'O my boy, today you are better than I am. I see the point that your business has reached. You will be tested and, when you are tested, do not point me out.' The boy used to heal the blind and the lepers and treat people for all their ailments. A companion of the king who was blind heard this and brought him many gifts. He said, 'All that I have gathered for you here is yours if you heal me.' He said, 'I do not heal anyone. It is Allah Almighty who heals. If you believe in Allah Almighty, I will pray to Allah to heal you. So he believed in Allah Almighty and Allah Almighty healed him. He went to the king and sat with him as he used to do. The king said to him, 'Who has returned your sight to you?' He said, 'It was my Lord.' He said, 'You have a Lord other than me?!' He said, 'My Lord and your Lord, Allah.' So he seized him and did not stop torturing him until he pointed out the boy. The boy was brought and the king said to him, 'O boy, your sorcery has reached the point where you heal the blind and the lepers, and you do such-and-such and such-and-such.' He handed him over to a group of his companions and said, 'Take him to such-and-such a mountain, and take him up the mountain. The mountain shook and they fell. He walked to the king and the king said to him, 'What has happened to your companions?' He said, 'Allah Almighty saved me from them.' He handed him over to a group of his companions and said, 'Take him and put him in a ship and take him to the middle of the sea. If he does not recant, then throw him into it.' They took him and he said, 'O Allah, save me from them in whatever way You will.' The ship capsized and they were drowned. He walked back to the king and the king said to him, 'What has happened to your companions?' He said, 'Allah Almighty saved me from them.' He said to the king, 'You will not kill me until you do what I command you.' He said, 'What is that?' He said, 'You should gather the people together on one plain and crucify me on a palm trunk. Then take an arrow from your quiver and put the arrow in the centre of your bow and say, In the name of Allah, the Lord of the boy, and then shoot it. If you do that, you will kill me.' So he gathered the people together on one plain and crucified him on a trunk and then took his arrow from his quiver and placed the arrow in the middle of the bow and then said, In the name of Allah, the Lord of the boy, and then shot it and the arrow struck his temple. He put his hand on his temple and then died. The people said, We believe in the Lord of the boy. The king was brought and told, Do you not see that, by Allah, your fear has brought about the very thing you were afraid of! The people have believed. So he commanded that a trench be dug with openings onto it and had fires lit in it. He said, 'Throw into it, anyone who does not renounce his religion or tell him to jump.' Dear Brothers in Islam, I myself live in Australia and very much acquainted with the Hijab-debate-going-now. The complete event is greatly misunderstood by the muslim community here and also outsider as they mixed up hijab with niqab. The question was all about niqab which directly conflicts with Australian social security system as it is an obstruction of face identification by security camera. I myself wear Hijab and always found the non-muslim here greatly appreciating it. The Netherlands has protested to the British government about its refusal to
allow the Dutch anti-Islam MP Geert Wilders to enter the country.
A spokesman for the Dutch foreign affairs ministry told DutchNews.nl that
Britain has banned Wilders ‘in the interests of public order and security’.
Wilders was due to go to London for a screening of his short anti-Islam film
Fitna on February 12. The showing of the film by the upper house of the British
parliament was postponed last month following opposition from British Muslim
community leaders.
Extremism
A spokeswoman for the British home office told DutchNews.nl she could not
comment on individual cases but that the British government 'opposes extremism
in all its forms'.
The British government 'will stop those who want to spread extremism, hatred
and violent messages in our communities from coming to our country,' a home
office statement said. Britain introduced tighter rules on exclusions for
unacceptable behaviour last year.
On his website Wilders says that he received a letter from the British embassy
on Tuesday in which he was informed that he would not be allowed to enter
Britain.
'Great Britain is sacrificing freedom of speech,' said Wilders. 'You would
expect something like this to happen in countries like Saudi Arabia but not in
Great Britain. This cowardly act by the British government is a disgrace.'
The Netherlands is ‘extremely disappointed at the British government's
decision' to ban Wilders from entering Britain, says the Dutch foreign affairs
ministry in a statement on its website on Tuesday.
Statement
Dutch foreign affairs minister Maxime Verhagen has phoned his British
counterpart David Miliband to express his displeasure that a Dutch member of
parliament was blocked from travelling to another European Union country, the
statement says.
Wilders is head of the right-wing anti-immigration PVV party which has nine
seats in parliament.
Film screening
‘Whether that’s possible [the screening] is a decision for the British upper
house [of parliament],’ said Verhagen. ‘But refusing entry to a Dutch
parliamentarian to another EU country is regretful,’ says Verhagen in Tuesday’s
statement.
Verhagen initially put pressure on the British ambassador in The Hague to
reconsider the decision to ban Wilders on Monday, the foreign affairs
department says.
As the decision was made by the British home secretary Jacqui Smith, the affair
will be now be discussed between her and the Dutch justice minister Ernst
Hirsch Ballin.
In January, the Amsterdam appeal court said that Wilders should be prosecuted
for inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims.

During that period more than 276 mosques were destroyed; over 176 Muslim scholars (mostly mosque imams) were killed - in addition to over 200,000 Muslim butchered; over 60,000 Muslim teenage girls and women raped and over two million Muslims were forced out of their homes to take refuge in neighbouring countries. WHY ISLAM WILL OVERWHELM The state of our ummah as compared to other religious community is remarkably good in that our basic outlines are intact and the doctrine is still there. The prayers are prayed fives times in the mosque in congregations everywhere. Ramadan is loved and practiced by millions who choose to live as temporary ascetics and the Hajj is still the Hajj of old. The basic bedrock of the faith remains. This is the great miracle in this age that a religion born out of a time so utterly different, but does not make comprises whatsoever. Every other corrupted religion is making comprises giving into the pressures of this age. Just recently the Dalai Lama mentioned that maybe Buddhism isn't against homosexuality after all and how Christians seem to invent new forms of worship every year. Our beautiful ummah is the last bastion of authentic monotheism and upright religion. And anybody from a different religious faith who really knows what religion is all about rather than just turning it into a woolly minded social service will have nothing but respect for us, s/he might disagree with us, but s/he knows that we still see things as they are. If the world shouts down to us, we do not change. Aberration is not of us. We are the only one who continues to uphold a complete sacred beautiful vision of life amidst the shouting meaningless of late modernity and the shallowness of consumer, advising, nihilism that is the modern human condition and THAT IS WHY OUR SHIP IS GOING TO PULL THROUGH THESE STORMY WATERS. Everybody else (all forms of religions in the modern era) have given in and let too much water in and are now forced to aboard our ship sooner or later because we're all that's left. Only we have that radiant figure of the centre of our faith, a Prophet who is the perfect role model and an untainted revelation still accessible to the masses. All this should lead us to extraordinary gratefulness to Allah and give us hope despite this changing world in a time where everybody else has given up basically and gone with the secular preoccupation and priorities of the modern world, we continue to be on the straight path. This is the miracle!

And if only they had acted according to the Taurât (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to them from their Lord (the Qur'ân), they would surely have gotten provision from above them and from underneath their feet. There are from among them people who are on the right course (i.e. they act on the revelation and believe in Prophet Muhammad SAW like 'Abdullâh bin Salâm[] ÑÖì ), but many of them do evil deeds. 67. O Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you do not, then you have not conveyed His Message. Allâh will protect you from mankind. Verily, Allâh guides not the people who disbelieve. 68. Say (O Muhammad SAW) O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! You have nothing (as regards guidance) till you act according to the Taurât (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to you from your Lord (the Qur'ân). Verily, that which has been sent down to you (Muhammad SAW) from your Lord increases in many of them their obstinate rebellion and disbelief. So be not sorrowful over the people who disbelieve. 69. Surely, those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh, in His Messenger Muhammad SAW and all that was revealed to him from Allâh), those who are the Jews and the Sabians and the Christians, - whosoever believed in Allâh and the Last Day, and worked righteousness, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.[] Surah Isra 17 verse 80 Say: O my Lord! let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honor and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honor; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority to aid (me).
