Dear Friend
Assalam u alaikum

I am not a mufti. But I am answering your question as per my knowledge.

First of all you should try to get a job in a better place where you can
perform your religious duties freely.
 This is exactly right.

If it is not possible, you may pay Kaza Namaz afterwards.

Prayer or namaz should be performed within the time limit not after the for
example you should not delay noon prayer till Aser time which is the afternoon
prayer and magrib till issha unless You are travelling.

Wife and husband can perform namaz side by side.
This is against the sunnah of the prophet because the prophet may peace and
blessing be upon him prayer and there were a man, child and a woman. The man
was next to him and the child was behind both of them and the woman was behind
the child.
Male adults should always be in the first line after the imam and the children
behind and the women should behind the children

But it is better for women to perform Namaz a little behind the man.

Not little behind but exactly behind in the second line.
Thanks.

Asaalamualiekum,

Question : I am doing job in a Pvt. Firm and its owner is a Non-
muslim guy. I get permission only to go for Friday prayer after a huge
request. So i cant able to pray 3 times day prayer. Thats why i am
praying Kaza prayer of all 3 times day prayer in Issa Prayer time. In
that time my wife also pray beside me? Is it fine to pray with my wife
side by side? Please let me know what i should do?

thanks

Walalkum As Salam.

Leave the job and search for a good job which gives you facility of
praying salaat. May be you feel that it is more difficulty but inshallah
Allah will make the way for you. Intentionally leaving salaat is a major
sin and most of the scholars said that he/she will be out of Islam.
Prayer 3 times KAZA salaat at one time is not the practice of Sahaba.

Let your wife pray in home and you in Masjid is better for both of them
except for Thajude, if both you would like to pray together then she
should stand behind you not beside.

Haadha Allah U Alam.. Wa Salaaliau Ala Muhammad wa'aala Aali Ashabha
waman taba illa youmindeen.
