I think this ruling no more applies and is tantamount to rubbing salt on the
wound. Muslim ummah is going thru treachery and bloodbath with full connivance
of the rulers. We have a situation where it is mandatory for the muslims to
AN ALL MENS E-GROUP NO WOMEN ALLOWED!On openly criticizing the Muslim ruler

Is it permissible to openly criticize the Muslim ruler in front of a gathering

Answer:
We have spoken about this issue many times before! It is not permissible to
speak about the rulers
